Clean & nice Comfy room. Good space for bathroom. Near Sapporo Station, Diamara & Stellar mall, within walking distance 5 mins. The Airport Limousine Bus stops near Diamara. Turn left, cross the road & walk straight & you will reach the hotel. Easy & convenient. At New Chitose Airport ..for international flight, after custom, Go to level 1 and walks towards the information counter , buy a ticket from the machine (next to information counter), cost yen 1300. N board the bus at bus stop 84.. staff are there to help, friendly n helpful

The staff at the front desk and parking were exceptional. Ms. Hatsumonji at the front desk was pleasant, welcoming and professional. Her english was also very good. I rented a car during this stay and had the opportunity to be met by Mr. Kato at parking for a majority of our 6 day stay. Mr. Kato is a consummate professional demonstrating a generosity of spirit. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping our room clean and tidy.

Awesome location (close to Sapporo Station and many major department and convenience stores), the chic decor, friendly and helpful staff, overall cleanliness of facilities and room, and the fact they had a small ONSEN option within the hotel was fabulous and very much appreciated, especially after a long day of walking!

Had to wait awhile for the elevator at times (since there were only 2), especially during peak hours of check-in and check-out. It would have been nice to have access to the emergency stairs in these situations, so we didn't have to wait close to 8 min. at times.

1. Location - Near Major Shopping Sites like Daimaru (5 mins walk) + Parco/Mitsukoshi/Don Quijote (5 mins taxi / 15 minutes walk) 2. Fast Wifi - No lagging 3. Big Bathroom - Bigger than any bathroom that I have stayed in Japan 4. Staff - Friendly and Polite. They allowed us early check-in (2 hours early) since the rooms were available, no extra charge. 5. Room Size - Bigger than most rooms in Japan

Breakfast - Terrible. Basic options, mostly catered to western guests rather than Asian/Japanese. For a Japanese hotel, I didn't even see any miso soup in the options. There was 1 fish dish (Japanese breakfast probably), but it was dry and tasteless. Coffee was good though. They did give ice cream during breakfast. I stayed 2 nights, but I only ate breakfast once because it was too disappointing. I was expecting more especially since this hotel is one of the more expensive ones (at least more expensive than the typical business hotel in Japan). The other hotels have better breakfast buffets.

Its location in the middle of Sapporo is perfect, so close to many attractions in town, a stone's throw from JR station. Staff members are super helpful, special thanks to Yasuyuki-sang (The Assistant Manager) who solved the problem with professional skills of management. Hotel has plenty of services offered to all guests with overwhelming facilities, e.g. magnificent public bath, complimentary refreshment from the afternoon until dusk, amenities available in the lobby and on-site paid parking lots. Location is excellent, just a five minute walk to Sapporo station. Rooms were neat and fairly new.

There is only one laundry machine in the female public bath area and one in male. It’s not the best if you are staying more than two days to do your laundry. The coffee machine in the lounge is not available for use during the morning period and their vending machines to have hot coffee either. This isn’t a major however all the other hotels we stayed at prior whether 3 or 4 star offered the coffee in lounges for free or had a vending machine option.

Clean property, well located, polite staff. Breakfast was ok, but a bit repetitive.

Was advertised as non-smoking throughout, but has a smoking area ground floor next to lift. During our stay we weren’t bothered by smoke, but we also wouldn’t have booked if we had realised there was an indoor smoking area. This something Booking.com could work on. ‘Non-smoking rooms’ isn’t a good filter because almost everywhere has non-smoking rooms, sometimes next to smoking rooms and smoking areas. And ‘smoke-free throughout’ can be misleading if ‘designated smoking area’ is also not listed. ‘Non-smoking property’ would be a helpful filter to consider, or properties could be encouraged to detail the smoking arrangements in their property info. A number of properties I contacted directly said they were non-smoking, but had designated smoking areas on various floors of the building.
