The place is great, Very spacious with Dark vibes. Good toilet and Bathroom space in the family room. The main beds were very comfortable, Easily a good place for 3-5 people. Very close to main Sapporo station. The 3 days were incredible, My family loved the place.

They use I-Pad for check ins, There was no staff but only I-pads which wouldn’t have been problematic but the I-pad for QR code was not working so had to make a Skype call which took longer that usual. Kind of annoying to do when you just got over with an 8 hours long train ride from Tokyo. The big window in the room was only allowed to open a little bit, Even tho the view was good, We weren’t really able to enjoy the view and the next day, It was closed from the outside :(

The room was huge and spacious, and tastefully decorated. The hotel is located just a 10min walk from JR Sapporo. The basic amenities are all provided and the virtual check-in was fuss-free.

The locks provided for luggage storage are difficult to use, and we could not figure it out despite some instructions given. During winter, the road leading up to the hotel from JR Sapporo is covered in ice or snow, and it is impossible to drag the luggage along. We had to carry our luggage for most of the way. It would be better to take a taxi from the station during winter.

Super spacious room, one of the biggest we had during our trip. The room was clean and tidy and the facilities were great. Our room had a large TV which was a nice touch. Beds were large and very comfortable, made for a great nights sleep. Area is quiet with minimal traffic noise at night. Only 10 minutes walk to the station which is very convenient.

Location is a little further out from the main city centre and closer to the university. Not a bad point but it did mean a slightly longer walk to access shops and more restaurant options. Luggage locks located in the lobby unfortunately were not working so hopefully someone can reset the PIN or replace them. Please be aware that there is no staff on site though can be spoken to via Skype. Not an issue but might be something to consider if you prefer the face to face interaction

Very clear and easy check in and check out instructions. Was within walking distance of the main Sapporo train station. I love the fact that it uses a combination instead of a key so we never have to worry about losing the key. The downstairs vending machine and microwave was really good to have when we just grabbed convenience store food. This was also a very spacious place for 3 people. We were able to have our luggage open on the ground and walk through the room easily.

The room got a little muggy but the air-conditioning solved the problem

Everything seemed new, clean and the TV was huge. There was a Fire TV stick in one of the HDMI inputs, but this was not made obvious to guests. I only found it by accident. It definitely made the TV screen a lot more useful, since Japanese TV broadcast content was not interesting to us at all. The four queen beds (in double deck bunk bed arrangement) were comfortable. Can accommodate up to eight adults in the room. Pajamas provided were also comfortable. There were abundant USB A and power sockets at the head of each bed for charging devices. Room was warm and well insulated from the cold and sounds outside. Decor was simple and well done. The room was well laid out, with the huge TV screen viewable unblocked from all four beds, in addition to the large sofa/couch. Amenities provided in room were good.

Instructions on how to check in could have been made clearer and more obvious. It was not immediately obvious that one should scan the QR code on the screen of one of the two tablets and click on the link to check in. There was no labeling of the QR code on the screen to indicate it was for checking in. Also, as the hotel is unmanned, there was no replenishment of drinking water during our stay, even though we stayed for more than one night.

The accommodation was very comfortable and modern! I liked that it was spacious and clean, and that we could use PIN codes to get in rather than needing keycards. I also liked that the front desk answered quickly and helpfully. My family also really liked it, and it was their favourite room from the trip.

The location was far from most of our destinations such as Sapporo Station (15min walk), Nijo Market (30min walk), and Tanukikoji shopping district (15min to station > train ride). Since we didn't have a car and were taking public transport only, so we had to walk a lot and it was very tiring. We also had to carry our heavy luggage quite far to get to the hotel and go to the station. It would have also been nice if luggage storage in the lobby was a bit more secure.

Great rooms and bathrooms. Excellent showers.

Bit of a hike from the train station. Noisy guests in lobby late at night using microwave and lobby as their dining area up to midnight made it hard to sleep one night as you can hear all the noise in the rooms, particularly as we had one of our rooms on the ground entry just near the lobby (room 103). We also had room on level 3 and you could still hear the lobby noise from there. The other nights were no issue.

The rooms and common areas are decorated nicely and very clean. Our private room was extremely spacious and the bathrooms were really nice. The check in process was quick and easy.

The beds were not super comfortable. It is a bit of a walk from the city and slippery during the winter. As there are no staff onsite, we did have one night where other guests were loud in the common area through the night and it kept us up.

The room is spacious and comfortable, with a convenient location not far from the JR station and nearby bus stops for easy transportation. The bathroom amenities are neat and clean, with great water temperature and pressure. There's a large TV in the room and dedicated WiFi. The hotel offers great value for money.

The tablet at the check-in desk was somewhat difficult to operate. For an unclear reason, it was stuck in an ongoing call, preventing the initiation of new calls, which prolonged the check-in process. Additionally, there was a noticeable amount of dust on the floor of the room.

We stayed at the family room. Facilities were good but can be improve. Love the shower room. Location is walkable to sapporo station. All beds come with power points.

We found one of the top bed is hard to access as no support to hold for going up. The bed got squeaking sound which is irritating. It will be good if got shared toilet at 1st floor or additional basin to use.
