Location, though there was a bit of contruction at the station that required some investigation on how best to travel with luggage, path with no stairs, especially at the end of our stay since we had more luggage. The airport bus stop is on the opposite side of the train station in front of NipponHam Fighters shop. Doable walk from the hotel through the station. Shower was great. Room was a decent size for Japan. Realized there was under bed storage for luggage late so didn't really benifit from that feature. Would probably stay again when visiting the area.

Breakfast was okay. Compared to other hotels in Japan felt offerings were limited. Good option for convience sake but probably wouldn't purchase again. Liked the option to purchase any number of tickets at check-in for use during our stay.

I did not get the opportunity to use the beverage service in the lobby, but I thought that was very nice. I traveled alone and have had other hotels offer coffee or beverages in their restaurant. I do not like to sit alone or take out in a restaurant. So, I liked the beverage set up! The selection of amenities was wonderful especially from all the different mineral springs. The baths were wonderful. The hotel was very convenient for me since it was so close to the train station. I will return when we visit Sapporo again!

I probably would have never found the hotel alone. My family live in the area and were familiar with the hotel's location. The check-in process was new to me, and I am not a fan of electronics. It was easy to understand and the staff were helpful. I wish the staff had told me that the amenities are in the lobby. I did not know until I was in the room, but it was all right.

Breakfast was great, with a decent selection of a blend of local flavors like soup curry, chirashidon, etc. The location is about a 5-10 mins walk from the train station with a few traffic lights, however on the way you can find convenience stores along the way. The room is decent with everything well-equipped, we like how each area is separated, i.e. the toilet and washing area has its own room & space which some hotels do not. They have Youtube on the TV where you can browse videos and free coffee/tea amenities at level 2 which is 24/7. Very good idea and convenient! The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable, great stay!

Perhaps invest in a more heavy duty laundro, as each standard wash is about 2 hours with drying and with only 3 machines.

Central location close to station but no street noise in the rooms. Very comfortable beds . Shiatsu roller machine a great touch (after hundreds of stairs at Daiwa dome 5 days event) . Love separate shower not over bath and separate toilet . Welcoming staff. Felt like home with 8 day stay . Highly recommend . Hotel restaurant chef special dinner menu excellent

Very convenient location about a block from sapporo station. I liked that they had laundry facilities but I didn't need to use it. The staff were all helpful and the breakfast was phenomenal. I appreciated the hokkaido local delicacies they included in the breakfast. As expected in Japan, the rooms are small but I loved their space saving measures. The pillows were a little flat for my liking but nothing too serious.

5mins walk from Sapporo main station and had everything you would need and more - usual shower amenities plus extra bath amenties (bath salts and bath bombs), even moisturizing face masks! Rooms were clean and quiet from our side, even had pajamas for us to use if we wanted. Healthy and tasty choices for breakfast buffet as well.

The rooms are not very spacious but we did not need a lot of space anyway, it was enough.

service attitude of front desk staff can be warmer; lift to second floor is too narrow for sizable luggage; regular room space overstated by its website and can only take solo traveler

Perfect location,very near JR station. Room size is spacious enough. Staffs are helpful. Can keep the luggage after check-out until 11.00 pm. or until the next check-in at the hotel.

Bathroom in some rooms is very clean but in some room, there is a smell of mold/unrefreshing. Smell of cigarette smoke is very strong at the lobby, (smoking room is on the lobby's floor, that's why.)

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we needed help/assistances

No public bath/onsen like most of the other hotels in Sapporo

the room is perfect especially the bathroom. Breakfast also nice, just the choice is not many but it is enough. Hope there more fresh food actually but still Ok.

self check in is not too convenient. Staff a nice but since I don‘t know Japanese, a little difficult to communicate as their english is also limited.
