Centralised location, close to everything. Entrance to the subway is only a few minutes of walking distance; to JR Sapporo station 7 minutes of walking. Convenient stores are everywhere. The room is small but can contain three adults. It only provides shampoo conditioner and body wash in the room. Other amenities need to be picked up from level two where the reception is. Free coffee on level 2 as well start from 9am. I'm satisfied with the stay. Next time I come to Sapporo I'll still stay here. As it's very convenient.

Like a standard room in Japan, it was a bit small for 3 persons especially that we got 2 luggage each. But we were comfortable sleeping so I got no serious problem about the size.

room is clean & staffs are friendly. I left my belongings in the room and the hotel staff kept for me and wait for my collection.

About a 7 min walk from JR sapporo station along the snowy road with luggage is hard for me with children.

We had a triple room at the corner of the floor and the aircon wasn't working well. It was summer! Imagine us feeling kinda warm through the night. Good thing we were only there for 1 night.

Easy to access from Sapporo station and three min walk ! Friendly and helpful staff and service when I asked some questions at front. Breakfast is also great. Very reasonable price and variety of selection at buffet

Great location to JR Sapporo station, only 5 minute walk. Nice Tidy rooms. Complimentary bath salts were nice. Friendly staff. Has a restaurant and free coffee/ tea in the lobby. Very affordable as well.

Quite packed for room with 3 beds (room size is small for 3 people, not recommended to bring large luggage).

A bit of walk from JR station, especially at winter time. You don’t want to drag your luggage during the snowy days.

The hotel was little bit too old especially the bathroom, we didn’t see any place the zinc’s was so ugly seems like nobody cleanup feels uncomfortable
