Absolutely beautiful Victorian styled hotel. Within a few minutes walk of the Sapporo station. Everything about our experience here was great. The room was good size and seem to be well maintained. The bed was also very comfortable and Western sized. We stayed on one of the higher floors and so our view of the city was great. It was neat to just watch out of our window. The shower had a very good pressure and worked great. The staff do some English and was able to help us where we had issues understanding the Japanese portion. The room was very cozy and just lovely. We will definitely come back and visit again. Such a lovely experience. The restaurant inside was also very good. The food was a little expensive for the amount that you received, but an absolutely wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel. My wife and I celebrated our 9th anniversary here and this hotel will probably become our place for future anniversaries. The main dining hall where you can get breakfast from was also good. Great selection and fresh tasting food. Again, a lovely experience.

Price for the food inside of the restaurant was a bit high for the amount of food received.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to Sapporo station. So very handy to shopping, restaurants and transportation. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable and the buffet breakfast is excellent value. Other hotels in Sapporo have larger rooms, but the location of this hotel is hard to beat.

The property is very well located, just walking distance from prime tourist spots. The rooms are good size and beds are comfortable. Staff is polite and friendly. It’s good value for money. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

There is practically no lounge area so to speak. Would have been nicer to have an area to sit and chill. However, it’s not a big problem as one would want to spend most of their time in the city.

In addition to an excellent location, kind staff, and incredible decor, it also has one of the most high-quality hotel breakfasts I've had in my entire life. The set menu for breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, and the buffet-style breakfast was also excellent.

The hotel was near to the station. It had a vintage style so feels a bit different than most Japanese hotels. Overall comfortable.

If I read it correctly they will be closed from October, 2022 until 2024. So watch out for that

I love the hotel vintage set up. The ambiance when you enter the hotel is amazing. I love our room with city view. They clean our room everyday and it was nice ti get back to our clean room after all day walking outside. Also they change our towels and amenities everyday! Superb! It's near to Sapporo train station and 10mins to Odori Park. And lastly, i love their giveaway teas!

I think the location was very nice. It was close to the main station, and because I had a room facing the inner courtyard, it was quite quiet and I could not hear any noise from the street．
