The service was good. The location was so convenient we could reach the hotel by walking through the under tunnel. There is a bakery at levels one where we could buy bread for breakfast everyday. The staff was so helpful to push my luggages to the hotel room for me when I was alone with my son.

Nothing much. Is just that there was not complementary parking. I didn’t realise the airport shuttle is not at the entrance of the hotel, we have to board the bus at the back of the hotel. But this has nothing to do with the hotel service. They were great they help used pushed out luggage to the bus stop.

Big room. Airport bus 22 is from airport to hotel and vice verso. Very easy to get to hotel. Make sure you buy round trip to save some money. Easy location to many good restraints by easy walk.

Breakfast is not good at all. Hard to eat. The other reviews were not correct or they have not been in Europe hotel breakfast. The shower room smell very bad. Like someone has not been taken the shower for many days. I was surprised to smell that. I thought Japan is a very clean country. The carpet looks old. Wish they replace it with wood look like floor. It will feel cleaner and modern.

Location is perfect. Close to downtown. So many places to shop and eat. And yet still we could experience skiing at Ban K. Also we hiked in Maruyama Park after a nice snowfall, which was great. We also visited Maruyama Zoo, which is an ok short winter activity, but probably nicer in the summer.

The only rooms available were smoking and our kids barely made it the first night. But we got some help to open the window and all was ok after we aired out the room for 2 days.

Excellent location in the heart of Sapporo city. We were there to snowboard the surrounding resorts and this was an excellent base. Parking on site, easy access to the underground shopping precinct and restaurants which maze on for miles, super helpful staff and spacious rooms with excellent climate control and all the amenities you could need. Good bathroom, spacious with excellent water pressure. Good selection of restaurants (we didn't use them) but there seems to be something for everyone.

No "boot room" to store snowboards and boots so had to take them back to the room everyday.

The location is exceptional. It’s a 10-15 minute walk from the JR Station's west concourse south exit (near Daimaru) via the Sapporo Ekimae-dori underground walkway, leading directly to the hotel’s B1 level. Additionally, it's only a 10-minute walk from the Klook local tour meetup point at exit 31 of Odori Station. This proved to be very convenient after our fireworks viewing trip at Lake Toya, as we returned to Sapporo at 11 PM. Although all underground walkways were closed, we were still able to walk back to our hotel easily. All major tourist sites are within close proximity: the Clock Tower is just a 5-minute walk away, the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building is also 5 minutes on foot, Hokkaido University is a 25-minute walk, Sapporo Factory is 25 minutes away, and Nijo Fish Market can be reached in 30 minutes.

The hotel room is too small for the price we paid, and the staff refused to arrange a twin room for my mother and me.

Breakfast exceeded expectations! Quality, selections, variety were all very good. Had a problem after 1st night with the curtains in the old tower which did not block out the sun at all. Eventually, they did change my twin room in old tower to a single room in the new(east?) tower which had curtains that block the light. Everything else was fine. The cleanliness of the rooms were very very good. Location was very convenient in the city for food, sights annd travel out. Airport bus stop just outside hotel!!

They should change the curtains of the old block to block out more light. I couldn't sleep as soon as the light came in the morning and it was summertime so light came in early around 4am!

Great location, possibility to use underground passage from the Sapporo JR Station all the way to Susukino area. Clean room, good amenities, clean bathroom and lovely bed and pillows. For a single traveller the room was enough sizewise since it was mainly for sleeping and tidying up. Opted for buying breakfast from conbini and stored it in the minibar provided in the room. Nice and helpful staff.

Maybe a little bit outdated features and furniture in the guest room but it didn’t bother me, really, because the room itself and the bathroom were clean and everything worked fine.

Good location. Easy access to airport limousine bus which is just right next to the side entrance of the hotel. We have had two very different experiences with the hotel. The first stay and the second stay were 2 days apart in different building. We arrived at the hotel on the 1st night about 10:30pm because of the night flight. We were given room 510. The room looked pretty old and had a weird smell coming from the bathroom and the unpleasant smell lingering the room the whole night. We didn’t have time to make a complaint the next day as we had to pick up our hired car to head to Otaru. We also had booked in advance another 2 nights at the same hotel for when we come back from our driving trip. If not because we already paid in advance with no refund condition we would have canceled the last 2 nights. But luckily we were given a room on Annex building. The 1st night we booked was a twin room and the other 2 nights we booked was a triple room with view. The triple room was much spacious and much much nicer setting 🙏🏻 although the facilities looked dated but it still had that grand atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were all professionally trained as per the 5 star hotel standard, very friendly, helpful and courteous 👍

Very large room. Location was great with a short walk from the station via the underground walkway - though the directions from the station were a little confusing - but that isn’t necessarily the hotels fault. Older hotel but very clean.

Mizar lounge (with fire place) wasn’t open during the week - very disappointed as we were looking forward to using it after a long day exploring on a winters day. Other outlets are only open in late afternoon/early evening (bars). There is a Starbucks attached and a couple of restaurants. No on-site coin operated laundry, microwave or ice machine - but housekeeping provide ice. No coffee machine but coffee and tea and kettle in room.

A hotel with history, this accommodation was in a convenient place located roughly 10mins from Sapporo Station or 5mins from Odori Station. The underground pathway makes it easier to go to and from both stations without walking outside in the sun/rain. Plenty of shopping malls and restaurants all in walking distance as well as attractions such as the Sapporo TV tower. Amenities are well stocked and all staff were friendly and professional. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had plentiful of options from Japanese to Western foods and some Hokkaido specialties like soup curry. It is also one of the few hotels where the airport limousine bus stops so is easily accessible to/from Shin-Chitose airport.
