Our favourite accommodation of the trip. So idyllic relaxing in the warm, cosy cabin surrounded by snow. Loved the free entry to the public rec centre onsen, just a 10min walk away with free snow shoes. The Smart TV with Netflix was handy too. Beds were so comfortable. Staff were incredibly accommodating, offering a pickup and drop off at the local stations to get Chitose Airport

Would have been great to have access to dinner and lunch through Booking.com. Was advised to rebook through their website… given notice ahead of time so we were able to stock up on ingredients for cooking with the cabin supplies. Some board games would have been a fun addition too

The staff was very friendly, the cabin was very cozy and warm. The location was great when you have a car. You can lend snowshoes etc. for free and they have 2 washing machines in the main building. The use of the public bath (approx. 2 minutes with the car) is free.

The only thing we didn't like was the bedding. I don't think that they wash the duvets after every guest, so we tried to cover them with extra bed sheets (we were only 2 people/5 beds).

Very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 8 beds. Very comfortable for big family however there is only 1 bathroom. Living room is cosy and there’s a massage chair. It can be quite cold during winter as the space is quite big for the heaters to heat up but it was alright for us.

Bathroom is a bit small. 15 minutes drive to city centre, so in winter it can be a bit challenging to get food in the snow and darkness.

Cosy bed and spacious log home with fresh snow. Staff is very polite. Our kids love it so very much. They wish to come back again. It is very quite and private. The location is close to lake Kanayama which is very beautiful.

Only one toilet and bathroom for 6 people which is not enough. A bit far from New Chitose Airport. We arrived around 6 pm which was dark already. Hope to stay 2 more nights.

the house is big and comfortable. car can be parked in front of the house - easy for loading unloading luggage. the surrounding is quiet and calm. the view from the house is beautiful. snow sleds are provided so that the kids can play snow next to the house.

The Log House is spectacular with wonderful views, spacious living room, kitchen and facilities. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We were pleasantly welcomed with a warm comforting cabin after a long day of skiing and driving, and the living room and kitchen area was perfect for staying in and relaxing. I only wished we stayed longer and explored the surrounds.

We stayed at a cabin and had a fox visit us on the balcony at night. Bedroom consists of 5 beds and was comfortable enough. The hotel provides snow play items and my son enjoyed playing with the sled.

The kitchen area was a bit too small

The cottage is well-maintained and great facilities for cooking. Room is neat and clean. Surrounded by nature and beautiful scenery, driving at night can come across with wild animals like racoons and foxes

It's a bit remote so planning for meal in town is essential

The view was great! The staff were very thoughtful to keep the house warm before we arrive, the house is well equipped for a great and comfortable stay. We were able to borrow snow shoe, snow sledge and snow maker for free. The children had maple space to have lots of fun. We also had a chance to enjoy public bath experience compliments to the hotel. We also got a chance to see a fox when we driving towards the hotel which was very exciting! The frozen lake nearby was so beautiful in winter.

The big room, the surrounding and the friendly staff made the stay very comfortable. The room was cosy and clean.

It would be nice if the pathway from the log cabin to the main building lighted up with lights or even power saving light. It was really dark and quiet, a bit scary when going to do laundry.
