Location and value for money. 30mins to Sahoro and 40 to Tomamo. I think 40 to Furano as well. Nice comfortable hotel by Marriot Bonvoy. Great interior and comfortable bed. The price per night and the proximity to ski resorts, shows how well thought the location of the hotel. Had a car so getting around was not a problem.

As much as the location and price point was good, the food situation after a few days became slightly problematic. The hotel does have a lounge area where there is a microwave and toaster. The rooms have a small fridge as well. If you are staying for a few days and unless you can live off microwave food, it can become challenging. The restaurants in the town are hardly open, especially start of the week. Other than that, I highly recommend it if you want a no frills, super comfortable, well priced hotel.

It's a great place to be as a snowboarding base accommodation - you have options nearby - 30mins from Sahoro, 30mins from Tomamu and 45mins from Furano by car. Room is big and comfortable. Ample parking space with a secure dry room for snowboards that is only accessible if you have a keycard. Extremely value for money compared to staying at a ski-in/out accoms.

Because the hotel itself doesn't have an in-house cafe or restaurant, the lack of food options nearby is a problem, especially during weekends. They do have a food truck parked outside on the weekend I was there, which seems to support this lack of restaurants around.

-Fail-safe choice for people who wants no-frills hotel, just for accommodate -Great at basic stuffs, nice, modern, soundproof, well equipped room. Just shower room, no bathtub though. -Clean and spotless everywhere -Super comfy bed and pillows -Common space provides oven, microwave, free coffee machine, ice machine, cling film wrap, aluminium foil, single-use wooden utensils. Basically you just buy food from convenient stores and ready to eat here.

-Don't expect full service/ restaurant/ onsen as this is a budget hotel -Budget that not so budget friendly as it's located close to ultra expensive resorts around here so they know their advantage -Common space is too small in rush hours -Located in town from Google map but reality is, it's in a middle of no where. The town is so small and feel like an abandoned town.

Surprisingly delightful stay. Simple, yet fresh and very comfortable. Nice vibe. Worried unnecessary about the lack of a restaurant and breakfast served. Don't worry. Just plan accordingly. You are probably heading out early morning anyway. Free coffee and shared kitchen. Mini-mart down the street. Wonderful Neapolitan pizza from wood fired oven close by. Fantastic beds and pillows! Small rooms but super practical layout. Fantastic base for exploring the Daisetsuzan!

This is a budget and work hotel in a small town, and I did not expect it to be so clean, so comfortable, and so well designed. There wasn't a lot of space, but the design was brilliant and use of space optimal. Everything was spotless and the beds were great. They also had an amazing sliding wall design that closed off the room from all the little lights that normally make hotel rooms annoyingly bright at night, and blackout curtains. It's very quiet, and you'll get an amazing night's sleep.

Nothing I didn't expect. The hotel was perfect for what we paid and what we wanted. It's not a full service hotel, and it's not in a super popular location, but it's quiet and was a great location for day trips to different ski resorts with our rental car. Anyone who knows what they are booking should be incredibly happy!

The hotel is new and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The pantry and lounge area is very cozy for our big family meal on Christmas night where many places was fully booked. The friendly and helpful staff helped us to order pizza take out and we have our meal at the spacious and cozy lounge.

The place is slightly out of the main furano ski and tourist area. Not many choicea to have meal at night time. It ll not be convenient if without car.

One of the best beds I've slept in during my travels in Japan – the mattress, bedding, and everything else were exceptional. The staff were exceptional as well – kind and thoughtful. The public areas, including the kitchen and dining table, were also quite good, and the dining table served as a convenient workspace too.

I did not mind, but it's located a bit far from the city. Although it's located a bit far from the city, I didn't mind. In summary, this is a great international hotel chain with a very comfortable bed, even though it's situated a bit far from the city."

The rooms were clean and pretty. It had a lovely view of the mountain. There are microwave and toaster ovens for when you want to heat up food. They also had a nice eating area for guests. The staff were so helpful and welcoming.

Very modern, stilish and clean Hotel. Staff is very friendly and speaks good English. Common kitchen well equipped with Microwave, Toaster and coffee machine. Common lounge very nice and comfortable with interesting books about Japan.

Minamifurano does not offer much in terms of Restaurants. Either they close early or are open only at the Weekend. You have got to know this and purchase something to eat ahead of time.
