The apartment was spotless clean. spacious and convenient located. The washing machine with dryer was great however the washing detergent was not provided which made it very inconvenient for the guests. The owner was kind and explained everything to us when we checked in. He apologised to us that he forgot to turn on the water heater the night before so there was no hot water for the shower in our shower room and we had to use the shower room in the adjacent apartment right next to us, which was vacant on the night we stayed. This made our stay very inconvenient although the hot water was available the next day.

No washing detergent for the washing machine. The kitchen is missing drying rack for utensils after cleaning. The table towel provided in the kitchen looked unclean and stained.

We loved the spacious apartment which had everything we needed to be self sufficient during our stay. Very handy having a washing machine / dryer, coffee machine, and dish washer. In addition it is located close to the lifts (5-10 mins) and not far from Lawson’s. A few nights we walked into downtown Furano which took us about 30-40 mins. This is a beautiful and clean apartment and much bigger than places we are used to staying at in Japan. Nice clean and new appliances and bathroom. Good value for money, we will be back. Thank Tsuru apartments!

The only minor things we would improve is possibly having a double bed instead of two large singles (as we are a couple) and this would have been more comfortable

The owner, Hiro, was extremely helpful and friendly. He met us at the house and showed us where everything was and how to use the appliances which were all in Japanese. He also sold us the coupons for the lift passes at a very good price. The location of the house was about 200m to the Kitanomine gondola station and was very convenient for us who were there mainly for skiing.

The host for this property was incredibly accommodating and friendly! When our flight was delayed due to a typhoon he stayed at the property until 9 at night to ensure we had a smooth check-in and was very welcoming showing us around, explaining the trash system, and giving us recommendations for the area. The apartment is very spacious with a large living room, dining area, and kitchen complete with stovetop, fridge, microwave/oven combo, and dishwasher (unheard of in Japan!). The bedroom was a nice size with plenty of space for storing clothes and luggage for longer stays. The bathroom is nice and clean although the shower is on the small side. There is also a washer available for use. The apartment is situated in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby (hit up the Seico Mart!) and has beautiful views of the mountains just up the street. It was gorgeous during the summer and I imagine even more so during winter at peak ski season. There are bus stops nearby but I would recommend coming with a car if you intend to leave the immediate area. My favorite thing about the apartment was the guest book and getting to read through the entries of people from all over the world.

The apartment is great but you can sometimes hear the noise of the apartment beside or above you, especially if they have young children. But it is not so loud that it is unpleasant. We definitely still hope to come back here one day!

The apartment was bigger than expected and more comfortable. It was about a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts and rental companies, which was great. There was a Lawson market about 10 minutes walk away for most groceries. The washing machine and dryer were good to have. The heating was excellent. Good size fridge.

A stool in the apartment to use while putting on boots would be useful and a second, softer set of pillows on the bed would be good too... but these are small things

Once Hiro arrived he could not have been more helpfull!

Having no one at the premises on arrival and unable to reach Hiro by phone was disconcerting. Booking .coms assistance was absolutely useless.Hiro did arrive some 20 minutes later with a very valid reason for not being on sites at the pre arranged arrival time

Stayed in Tsuru Apartment - 4BR Apartment 18-23 Feb 2023 Actual location was not the same as indicated in the booking (150-200m away). The host Hiro check us in and provided luggage transportation. Apartment was clean and all amenities was working well. Location is alright, near Kitanomine slope. Also has "Kisen" bus stop, which has lavendar bus to Ashahikawa (2hr ride) One level apartment with a nice communal dining area. Very convenient that the apartment came with many toilets. Bed and pillow was comfortable and able to get a restful night. Would recommend it for anyone with group of 7-8 people visiting Furano.

The check-in procedures should have been finalise better. Arrived and waited about 20mins before we could check-in and head to the actual location.

I stayed in the 4 bedder apartment. It is a house by itself. We could park 2 cars outside with plenty of space to spare. The house is of pretty good size. Kitchen is well-equipped. Bedrooms are comfortable. During our stay, the temperature went as low as -23°c, but the whole house was well-heated and we didn't feel cold at all until we stepped outside. Owner is friendly and helpful. He is always ready to answer any queries and give advice to guests.

Apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. Hiro is a friendly and helpful host. Easy to get to food, supermarket and there is a park with good running paths just down the hill (we visited in Spring). Seems like a good location for skiing too being near the foot of the gondola..
