The hotel design is good. There are rooms with small balcony. Good to get fresh air. The entrance will be closed after 10pm and no staff. You better get everything solved before that. Car park is small. Better come early. Shower head is great with rainforest shower. Water pressure is excellent. There is a Caucasian English speaking staff as well as a Japanese staff. They are very helpful.

The lighting is not bright in the room. Some rooms have larger cabinets with small living space but some are the other way around.

The room was well-appointed and spacious. There was plenty of storage space for our belongings. The amenities in the bathroom were also of good quality. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony during our stay.

The car park at the hotel was very small and we had to park the car in an alternate car park across the street and up a flight of stairs every evening The laundry was very busy during the evenings and the washing machines were difficult to start.

We booked the 3-bedroom apartment and it was fabulous. The apartment is modern, clean and super comfortable. It has a long table in the living area and perfect for a nice dine-in with the family. Kitchen is well equipped with tablewares, utensils, and equipment like microwave and fridge. The hotel provides free laundry service which is located at lobby. As the hotel is located at the end of the road, the hotel requires guest to tap card to enter the property which is added security.

My family and I have no complains at all.

The room was large and the bathroom was nice. The staff made us feel really welcomed. Lisa took our luggage to our room as we were checking in and we found her a few times and she answered our inquiries. We had a meal there and the food was pretty good, although next time I would probably try somewhere else for food.

For some reason we kept finding dead ladybugs in the room. The laundry machine also wouldn’t dry which was quite frustrating.

The staff members are very friendly and international so there is no language barrier. There are several parking lots available near the hotel. The room is very spacious with a view of the nearby ski slopes, which should look great in winter seasons.

Might be a little far from the touristy places, but with a car this shouldn't be a problem.

Awesome view, friendly staff and very clean rooms with good amenities. In room washer dryer and cooking utensils were useful. Ski slope is just across a small road and ski rentals just next door. Best holiday hotel for my family by far! ❤️

No hanger hooks or bars in bathroom to hang clothes and towels. Water tends to splash out of shower cubical.

Everything is perfect.

After a few weeks I have booked the hotel with a rather good rate, this property informed me the rate is wrong and I have to decide whether to accept the new rate which is double! At the time, others property rates already gone higher. Which, left me no choice to accept the new rate. This really set me off and please communicate with them before making decisions.

The room was very comfortable, quiet and kept very clean. Everything worked as expected. The ski / boot room was convenient and kept our boots dry and warm. We were always able to park at the property which had easy access to ski locker room. Great location for skiing in Furano and Rhythm Sports are located in the same building.

We had breakfast on 2 of the 9 mornings as it didn't suit our taste. Would have appreciated more options for Western travellers. Fenix West has a coffee shop which serves great coffee and pastries, this would have suited our needs for breakfast and could be offered as an alternative option to the Japanese breakfast served at the Fenix. Reception staff were helpful but had limited local knowledge.

We love Fenix Furano, we stayed for 2 nights and it was one of our best stays during the 12 day trip. The room is big and with a kitchen that we can cook some easy sandwich. It has washing machine directly in the room that we can wash our clothes easily which is really convenient for travelers who would stay for a long time. Totally recommended Fenix, although it may be suitable for traveler with vehicles as it is not easy to get there as long as you have a car.

the location is just opposite to the ski lift, with a ski rental shop in the same building. very helpful and welcoming staff. Free shuttle service provided. only 100 meters away from the ski bus liner stop.

The place would have been perfect if there was an onsen, but can still enjoy the onsen from a hotel nearby within walking distance. restaurant nearby needs a reservation.
