Great location just 3 minutes to ski lift. Great room design (deluxe quadruple room). Fantastic onsen with all the ammenities. Price for our stay was reasonable. Brand new hotel so everything looked clean, neat and tidy.

The buffet dinner in the restaurant was extremely expensive at aud$85 per person. I never saw anyone actually in there. An a la carte menu with reasonable prices would have been great. Not the hotel but their are very limited dining options within walking distance of the hotel. We often went to the local Lawson convenience store to stock up on things for breakfast and dinner.

Great experience! We stayed for 3 nights - the room was super spacious in Japanese terms. The hotel facilities including gym & spa were beautiful, new and spotless clean!🫶🏼 We were surprised to see that there were laundry machines available 24h as well as vending machines, water & ice machines - such a lifesaver! 🙏🏼 Wasn't relevant for us as a young couple, but there was a cute children's room with games etc. and it looked great for a family travelling with young kids. Everyday room service; bed making and towel changing, didn't expect this and it was a nice touch👍🏼 Lastly, we were greeted with a beautiful towel arrangement for our honeymoon and it made us feel special☺️

The breakfast was ok, but not great. Didn't really match the level of the hotel itself. One of the nights we ate dinner at the restaurant (shabu shabu) and it was served with completely bland hot water (not broth) so calling it shabu shabu was kind of unjustified.

Great location (particularly in winter where it is adjacent to the ski gondola); walking distance to a few good restaurants. Great public spaces including the spa, workout room, and breakfast room. The staff was incredibly warm, and the breakfast was excellent. Great bathroom in the room. Also great laundry facilities.

The rooms are very small; only enough room for the bed and a small desk. However, the rooms are modern along with the hotel. For the price, we expected somewhat larger rooms. Parking can be a challenge because there are few spaces at the hotel. Evening bar is somewhat disorganized with long waits and the evening meal selection is somewhat limited.

Loved everything about the hotel! Location, room, facilities, and the staff. We booked this hotel as base for when we go to the Asahiyama Zoo and all the spots in Biei and Furano. Stayed there with family. So upon check-in, the hotel already exceeded expectations. I love that there were plenty of amenities for everyone-- onsen, gym, kids' room, bike rentals. There were 3 washer-dryers in the hotel too. As for the room, it was spacious and has good layout! Booked a Deluxe King and given a room at the third floor. When you step out of the hotel, there is a soba place nearby ran by a lovely couple. And the view is overlooking the town. I did some night running during our stay and even though there were only a few people, it felt safe. A few blocks away was a Lawson. The breakfast buffet was adequate and had tasty options.

Breakfast was great, a reasonable selection of Japanese and Western choices. Spa was not really an onsen, but provided a good relaxing wind down after a day of skiing. Close to slopes Room was nice and comfy

Staff could have been better trained. Two examples I could provide are: I called to reception to ask if universal plug was available to borrow, and the staff replied not available. (I didn't realize they had one near the TV at the time, nor did the guy at reception let me know. Addtionally, he didn't know that they actually sell adaptors at the hotel shop right next to reception), clearly he wasn't familiar with the hotel's amenities. We inquired about bus times during winter, staff simply suggested they rarely come or never come, better off taking a taxi. However, I managed to find a bus timetable available on Furano tourism site and also free shuttle buses run by Prince Hotel. This type of local information would have been very helpful.

The staff was great. Very helpful and enthusiastic especially Nina and her male colleague ( who was non Japanese ) whose name we did not get. The baths were good, rooms were clean and breakfast was a very good spread. Some restaurants can be found down the road, in particular a soba restaurant Tamaya which was just next door. They serve great soba. There is also a Lawsons down the road. Otherwise, it is best to drive to be able to reach out to the more central parts of Furano and its attractions.

Our room was very small so it was a bit of a tight squeeze. Otherwise, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Great hotel for nature vacation ! The location is perfect , you have a lot of available parking, in front of the hotel or huge parking lot near by. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated , very good maintenance of all the hotel's facilities. Although the rooms are not too big , there is a place for everything. Very comfortable bed for a good sleep. The spa / onsen is perfect , clean , very organized and well kept. Truly recommended !

Disposable Slippers are much preferred than reusable one

A new well designed hotel. Very friendly staff. The lobby bar and fire setting. Also the onsen was an unexpected bonus.

More boot driers. The food was good but the menu was limited.

The amazing facilities - particularly the onsen, the location to the slopes, the cleanliness, the ski locker and the cafe and bar area. We had breakfast included in our booking, and the buffet was fantastic.

The room was lovely but a bit small, very little storage or hanging space which can be tricky after days on the mountain but we managed ok. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening and found it very expensive for the food offered. We found much better food in local eating establishments for a fraction of the price.

Wonderful brand-new hotel almost directly across from the Kitanomine base station, with clean, functional rooms, a nice bar, excellent breakfast buffet, and friendly and competent staff. Well-appointed gym and a luxurious spa with a sauna (actually two separate spas, one for women and one for men). I would definitely come here again!

The hotel restaurant apparently only offers a set menu of Western food, which is a missed opportunity. Most tourists come to Japan to eat Japanese food, and there aren't that many options around the Kitanomine area. Even 'downtown' Furano only has a handful of restaurants with inconvenient opening hours, and they all require a long walk or taking one of the occasional buses. Nonetheless we decided not to eat at the restaurant and go elsewhere.
