The location is perfect for a town visit; a minutes walk to the train/bus station. (Note; If you are going to ski the ski fields, they are not within easy walking distance). The room was great; and a good size. It had everything we needed. The staff were fantastic. Everything was clean.

The location is the selling point of this hotel. It's just in across Furano station. The breakfast was delicious.

The room for our price range was small. But I think this is common in Japan. The hotel cafe only serves food at breakfast and at dinner. In between, it's usually just drinks.

It was great having an onsen in the hotel. Also handy have a convenience machine. I liked how breakfast could be altered for dietary requirements. It was also super yummy and a good variety daily that was served to you. The rooms are very modern. The bed comfy and the rooms had great sound proofing. Did not need to wear Earplugs at all. There is a bus and the train station 200m away. You can catch the bus up to the slopes from this location also. If you miss the bus there is also a taxi rank which is handy. Lots of good resteraunts nearby. Groccery store a little further though.

Needs more snowboard/ski equipment racks. Rooms very small. Perhaps some hooks in the room would also be great.

The hotel was fine, nothing particularly memorable but everything was fairly standard for the region (some equipment may be a bit dated though) and it’s a convenient location to explore the surroundings. Nice view from the room. Free private parking available. “Western” breakfast option available, which was decent.

- Only hotel so far where we were not provided with free water bottles - if there was a water fountain, we didn’t see it. - Bed was against the wall, which is fine for one night but could be annoying for a longer period if you’re a couple.

Loved the breakfast provided, the hotel gives you an option between a western or japanese breakfast. Tried both and they were filling and tasty. The breakfast also included a bottle of furano milk that i really enjoyed! They also provided us complimentary return tickets to the ski zones on the 2 days we were headed out to ski so that was a pleasant surprise (170yen to Kitanomine Zone and 230yen to the Furano Zone) Staff was very helpful with our queries and helped us figure out how to get to Sapporo after check-out. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, all done in less than 5 minutes!

The aircon was abit iffy during our stay and we woke up sweating on the first day as it seemed like the aircon had turned off. The next day we turned down the temperature before we headed to bed and all was good.

This hotel is basic and small. There is a small onsen that accommodates at most 3 to 4 people at the same time. There is no restaurant nearby, although Furano Station is very close tot the hotel. The hotel offers dinner and breakfast, but a 7-day advance booking is needed. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel, and it provides everything we need for a one-night stay. There are a few parking areas nearby, and it provides clear instructions on where to park. The parking is easy.

The rooms are clean. We ordered two rooms and they help arranged two rooms next to each other. You can choose Japanese or Western style breakfast when you checked in, they would serve breakfast and not buffet type of breakfast. We have Japanese style breakfast and the variety are fine.

The public bath for men and women are very small. For women's bath, guests need to get entrance card from the reception, and only 3-5 cards are available for women bath. For men's bath, my family member tried and said only two people there and he said the bath is small but it is still enjoyable. We understand guests needed to reserve dinner 3-7 days in advance if we want to have dinner in the hotel. If they allow more flexibility to guests would be much better. We have our dinner at another hotel nearby.
