Clean, quiet, and very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. One staff member at reception made telephone calls on my behalf to help me confirm travel logistics and a visit for a museum located far since I don’t speak Japanese. I appreciated that very much! The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices and fresh, healthy foods. Excellent staff in the restaurant who make sure you enjoy your breakfast. Location is good, only a 10 minute walk from international ferry terminal. The hot baths and relaxation room with anime books were enjoyable. This is a fantastic hotel with many options to makek your stay very relaxing indeed.

The room was small.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. We were so happy that we could open the window and sleep with fresh air. The onsen spa was also very restful, especially the sauna and being able to sit in the onsen outside. There is free ramen after 9:30 pm. The staff also kindly provided us with extra pillows so ask at the front desk. The hotel is also located 5 minutes to the international ferry terminal to go to Pusan, ROK, and the Sea Mall which has restaurants and a cinema (great for kids).

The rooms are a little small but that is normal in Japan. We had to pay for parking (1500 yen in the hotel parking lot, I think it was 1200 yen to park about 5 minute walk away).

The hotel is located within walking distance to Seamall, Aeon supermarket and some restaurants The staffs are friendly and efficient. They have coffee and tea at the reception. The onsen is on the 10th floor and an outdoor onsen facing the sea. Also there is a cold bath and sauna too. After the bath there is ice cream near the bath area and yakult in the morning. The room with queen bed is spacious for two person. The sheets and pillow are clean and the bed is comfortable. The shower in the room has no bath tub which is suitable and appropriate for seniors. They provide a T-shirt and a pair of pants instead of yukata. There's free ramen in the evenings which was a nice thought. The staff serving the ramen is friendly too. Overall this is a good place to stay.

Would suggest to change to new T-shirts and pants as they are old and some even frays..

Staff were very helpful, but only the foreign staff could speak English well , and he went out of his way to arrange onsite parking for us.

Car park offsite could be expensive at 1500Y per entry/ per 24 hours . Perhaps, property could provide or arrange for a discount . Not many good restaurants within walking distance . It’s convenient if you have a car , but costly with the current parking arrangements. Staff could be more ready to provide Restsurant suggestions near by .

The location was quite convenient (especially for access to the Shimonoseki Kaikyokan) The room was quite spacious and comfortable In spite of the hotel's fairly central location the room was quiet Amenities provided in the room Late checkout (11am) Decently heavy doonas

The pillows were pretty uncomfortable and there was only one on each bed, both myself and my partner woke up with sore necks Power sockets were only available at one of the two beds Price was a bit steep for what is essentially a business hotel No air purifier/humidifier provided

overall it's what i expected and the services is good as I expected, room is spacious, neat and clean as I expected. Front house staffs are very helpful. My room can even watch sun set everyday and it's a surprise. Free message chair is also a complimentary service which I enjoyed. Most of the time, it's not crowded in onsen area. the sea view from top floor onsen is magnificent.

convenient store is too far away from the hotel, and it's take like 5-8mins walk to and from JR station, basically it's not far but the road is a bit secluded. No nearby restaurant which is also not very convenient. These "problems" are solved only after I rent-a-car.

The onsen had everything it needs even a small size. Indoor & outdoor pool (can see the sky) plus sauna room. Love the refreshments provided morning (drink) & night is ice lolly with 4 type to choose. There is a drink machine supply by the lobby, it warm up my family after we return to hotel👍🏻. The night free ramen 🍜 was surprisingly good!

Everything from facilities to the service was impeccable. The onsen was a great highlight at the end of the day.

Not much but Pretty much same breakfast menu everyday and a window view not facing the waterway was a downer.

Perfect location near the railway station. Street with restaurants 2 blocks away. Top floor onsen is great, free ice cream, massage chairs - what a treat. A great variety of foods at breakfast and very kind staff. The staff at the reception was very helpful, lending me an electricity adapter.

The staff at the reception should speak better English.

We booked it for the onsen, which was wonderful and not very busy. If you can brave the night air, there's even an outside part where you can look out over the harbor. (For privacy reasons there's a big fence.)

There wasn't really anything to do in the part of town. Especially hard to find dinner in the area. Be prepared to go for walks or take the train somewhere else for experiences.
