Extremely close to the train station. Was in close proximity to convenience stores as well. A good place to base yourself in if you want to visit Miho No Matsubara Park. Room for 3 was spacious enough. Had ample space for luggage and a dedicated area to hang our clothes! Also offered free toiletries at the hotel lobby. Helped to keep our luggage when we checked out to explore the nearby area.
Hotel lobby is a little old, but nothing much other than that.

3 minutes walking from rail station.!! so convenient!
the electricity power pole is right next to room window...so close!! and the first night was given into a smoking room.. well, the room rate/price explains what i get. Fortunately front desk clerk willing to switch another room from 2nd night.

The staff were accommodating, convenient as close to shops, restaurants and the train station.
There was a bit of moldly/dirt in the pillow on the one of the rooms we stayed at and the fridge was not turned on when we got there. Would be nice if it was on as we had some food and drinks that needed to be in the fridge.

Next to the train station and the seafood harbour/market. They provided free coffee and tea in the evening. The reception team was helpful.

It was raining when i arrived early with nowhere to go. Conceirge allowed me to check in slightly earlier once the room was ready. It is super close to Shimizu station (good seafood at shimizu port)
Room is small, but you get what you pay for. Place was clean and nice with all the necessary amenities.

It is very close to the station and bus stops. Very convenience to go around the sightseeing spots around Shimizu-ku as well as nearby Shizuoka city center.

Staff was very kind and accommodating, they let us leave our bags in the morning since we were going elsewhere. The hotel is very close to the station. There is free coffee and water at the lobby. All the basic toiletries are provided in the room.
The room can feel cramped and old but overall I think the place is decent.
