The hotel’s location is very convenient because its distance from the airport and the staff takes the costumers to the airport which makes everything very comfortable and relaxing.

The design is far away from our personal taste but it is only a design. Facilities are comfortable and satisfying.

"I only stayed at the hotel for a night before my flight the next day, so I didn't have high expectations for the room. However, this hotel exceeded my expectations - the room was pretty big, and the hotel even had a large bath (daiyokujyo), which made me feel extremely relaxed. I highly recommend it!"

Because we have a lot of luggage when traveling by bicycle, the free pick-up and drop-off from the airport was a lot of help. They also helped us keep the bicycle box until the end of our trip, which was a great help to us.

Can't sleep on a bed that's too soft It’s a pity that there are no bathhouses available due to renovations

Public Onsen at 8th FLOOR with relaxing room was excellent

No full convenient store with in building. But restaurant near by if you have a car.

Room is big enough, good to provide public bath. Breakfast is good.

Toilet flush is not completely flush the issues. Looks due to the design.

Great location. You can walk along the sidewalk to and from the airport. Staff offered to take us to the airport. There was free bread and coffee in the morning. The hotel is a bit run down but we had a very comfortable stay.

It was OK. We understood from the outset that breakfast was not included so we were surprised to know about the free coffee and bread. It was first come first serve and supply is limited.

The guests at the room opposite us were fighting and it took a while for them to stop. We went to bed at 1AM. I wish the staff had interfered sooner. The bath area showed wear and tear but it was clean.

Courteous and friendly staff. Very professional. Good price, onsen on site, hotel just down the street from the airport.

Generally good

It is surprising that although we booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child, they were unwilling to provide an extra towel and extra pillow for the child. Other hotels do so willingly.

It was within walking distance of the airport. The price is excellent.

It was pretty far from everything else.
