Spacious room, cheap laundry option, free self-service bar for a couple of hours each night, friendly staff, decent breakfast, good value for money.

The reception is on the second floor when entering the hotel and there's no elevator so you have to take the stairs. A bit of an inconvenience when traveling with heavy luggage. The staff did rush to help us carry it though.

A room that is advertised as a double has only a 3/4 size bed. Fine if you are small and skinny, but otherwise a bit of a squeeze. In fairness to the hotel they do make this clear at the time of booking.

Very clean, friendly English speaking staff. Good location if you want to be close to the shopping arcade and lots of restaurants. Welcome drinks available in the evening including juice, mixed drinks, soda.

If you want to be close to the main Takamatsu Station, it’s about 15 mins walk. The hotel is on the second floor with stairs only to the lobby so if you have heavy luggage , that may be a little challenging to carry up the flight of stairs.

Great location, a short walk to Takamatsu Station, to car rental agencies, to the castle and the seaside. Rooms were typically compact but clean and comfortable, with just enough room for us and two large suitcases. We had breakfast which was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel provides good amenities. It is a 15-minute walk to the train station, a 10-minute walk to the port, and a 5-minute walk to the shopping street. Although the room is not big, it is well-equipped and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have a comfortable stay.

The entrance is on the 2nd floor so it is a bit inconvenient to climb the stairs with heavy luggage. Besides, the soundproofing of the room can be better.

There is few of the hotels with the same name, two of which are opposite the train station so careful to which you go to. Room can get quite cold but you can ask for blanket at the reception. Staff does not speak much English.

The room was a bit hazardous with a step down and up to the bathroom - took a while to stop falling down or up it! Description needs to be clear about the steep steps to get in to the hotel from the street.

The flight of stairs to climb before reaching the hotel reception was a bit of a surprise especially when carrying luggage. The rooms were very small but had everything we needed.
