Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Staff were very friendly. The location was great, walking distance to delicious eat streets. We used the laundry also which was handy. The free soups were great too.

Older style room but it was comfortable enough.

Ease of stay, access, good food around

The soundproofing was poor, I could hear the person next door in their bathtub and when cleaning started there was a door slamming every couple of minutes in the hallway which my room was next to, I couldn’t sleep through that.

Very good breakfast, nice takeout drinks, good location surrounded by casual restaurants and Japanese style Izakayas nearby Tokushima Train Station. This hotel would be a very cost-effective good business hotel.

Excellent 3-star hotel. Good price. Staff were helpful and courteous. The room was perfectly clean, Was able to check in around 10pm and check out at 5am.

The air conditioning in the middle of summer could have been a bit cooler.

Everything was very good. An added bonus was a coffee, soup and soft drink station which was available gratis in the evening.

The location is at least a 15 minutewalk from the train station. A cab may be needed.

The room was way more spacious than I expected (Japanese hotel rooms are often very small) and there was a free soup machine. You could get some beef soup, corn soup and cream chowder soup for free! There was also a microwave on my floor.

The gentleman from the front desk was very helpful during our stay making sure that we had everything we needed.

The hotel was a little bit dated and the neighboring area was not great at night.

We first stayed in a "double" room, which was tiny and the bed was too small for two people. Our next night we moved to a "twin" room and that was much better

The staff are helpful and friendly, great location, many restaurants surrounded the hotel, near supermarket.

The room, the lobby, the breakfast, the drinks. We could leave our bags while we went hiking for 10 days.
