Located near JR Tokushima, so is very central. Very convenient with food and drink options around. Has in-house laundry facilities.

Since it’s my first time in the area and not yet familiar, had a bit of struggle locating the hotel because the entrance is on the main road side and not the back where the bus stop was and JR station. Also initially had a hard time with the air conditioning not cooling fast enough but it was ok in the end. The laundry area is also very small, if I remember correctly only had 2 or 3 machines so was very hard to do washing because it just so happened there were other guests doing laundry at the same time during our stay.

Everything. The railway station just around the corner. The size of the room, much bigger than what we had in much more expensive places in Japan. The coin laundry on the top floor (even if an extra dryer would not go amiss). The incredible price for all this.

Nothing really. Maybe the breakfast buffet a bit expensive, with cheaper options available at the station.

Great location next to Tokushima station. View of the Bizan ropeway. Room was clean and well equipped for short one night stay. Breakfast had a good mix of asian & western.

Nothing to complain about! Rooms a bit dated but still great value.

The service was great. I was in Shikoku for the 88 pilgrimage and they allowed me to leave my luggage there for two months! After my pilgrimage I stayed there for another two nights. Good place to stay.

Everything was fine. I don't have anything to complain. :) Did not have breakfast there, so can't tell you anything about that.

Right next to the train station, and pretty close to the bus lines coming from Naruto. Room was reasonably sized. All the usual amenities (ice machine, laundry, etc.)

Nothing much. The 10am check out is annoying, but welcome to Japan.

Clean and modern room, and it's always nice to have a bunch of vending machines down the corridor for beers and snacks. :) Very friendly reception staff. Location is very convenient, only 3 minutes' walk from the train station.

Close to the station and Avery comfortable business hotel. Everything you need at a good price. Nice view over the river and mountain. Charming markets on the weekend.

Parking was 1000 yen per day, not per stay as suggested in the hotel information

First days I had smoking room that was less nice.

Loved our stay here. Very nice room centrally located. Great staff. Great value. Nice buffet breakfast. Tokushima is a lovely city.
