Rooms were refurbished, looks new and clean. The staff were also very attentive and responds to customer needs in time, and even remembers customer’s requests and brings it in front of customers at check in which is pretty impressive

The parking lot should have been free. Charging 800 a night at that location does not make sense. Other public areas such as the corridors, the staircase and the onset itself looks pretty aged. It’s dark at times and you can see rust on the walls

Clean hotel. Staff helped adequately. Comfortable beds. Rooms were much nicer than I was expecting. Room was a comfortable size. Close to many restaurants and convenient stores. Small fridge in room. Train station is just over 1 km away.

Has some older infrastructure in room. Push button air conditioning, bidet was made by 'National' and had a dial. But all worked well.

Good hotel for low budget staying, nice public bath, location is a bit far from main Tokushima station. Near a lot of restaurants and great family owned yakiniku place. Hotel is old and definitely need renovation, but still conditions are good for 1-2 nights stay. Staff is great.

The breakfast was great. Lots of parking in the back. Laundry was perfect with detergent from front desk good and fairly decent dryer.

No tattoos allowed in public baths. Plugin outlet only on one side of bed.

Small, but very comfortable room. Although the hotel is next to a busy road, it was quiet in the room. There is an onsen with sauna, open 15:00 - 23:00. Location is around 2 - 3 km from city center and railway station

I liked the style of the hotel with all the little sitting areas.. The bed was comfortable.The design of the room was practical. The Spa was nice.

The property is a little bit tired, but very comfortable. Nice beds.

It advertises a fitness club including a swimming pool, but please note you have to pay quite a lot extra to use it.

Everything was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. My view of the sunset from the 9th floor was breathtaking.

We just stayed for one night during our route trip through japan. The sauna and bathing room were great!

we really liked the separation of the bedroom and living room area. Quiet, it was located in the middle of the city so it was easy to go shopping for little things. There is a 100yen shop nearby, Matsunoya restaurant right next to the hotel which was great for simple breakfast.

The bath was still closed. We hoped to go into the big bath so not knowing that it was closed was a little disappointing. Also we didn't know that you had to pay extra 800yen for parking.
