The rooms were clean and tidy. It had all the things we needed, such as hairdryer, towels, TV, etc. There were enough plugs and even USB ports, very handy. The tatami room was very cool. Spacious room. One room had a double bed and we were given two double duvets. The bed was also firm, which is how I like it! The toilet and shower were clean and had all the toiletries we needed. The kitchen looks cool but we didn't get a chance to use it. Self check in and check out was very easy and quick. Instructions given were very clear.

I didn't realise the entrance and the kitchen would be shared because when I initially booked, it was advertised as an apartment, not rooms with shared facilities. There's a karaoke nearby? The soundproof wasn't that good so at 11pm~12am, we heard loud and bad singing. We also had a lot of luggages so carrying them up the stairs wasn't very convenient.

The property was very clean and tidy, everything was so seamless and smooth without having to worry about the checkin procedure because the owner explained it to you clearly. The extra effort from the owner to try reach me through booking.com messages and whatsapp (it’s quite not normal of japanese to use whatsapp) and explain the check-in procedure. On top of that I left my chest heart monitor during my stay, and they gone all above and beyond to deliver it back to Tokyo through Kuroneko. A very good place to stay if you are on a budget, and their hospitality and prompt response is even faster than your normal 3-4 star hotel. Would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to come to Tokushima

Very nice CP, affordable and close to everywhere, especially 阿波踊り会館. Extremely easy access to nice restaurants and convenient stores. They offered free bike. The facility is clean throughout. Staff use multiple languages to communicate.

Surrounding area is a little bit noisy at night. It is on a street where there are many KTVs and キャバクラand soap lands. If you want to sleep early, you need the ear plugs the host prepared in the room to get rid of Japanese Middle-aged working men’s terrible singing voice in the street. (From KTVs) Drunken people may linger around this area at night. But it’s safe overall

So much great services! Easy to check in freely with only code for entrance. (When we made booking, gave them all information, we could get the entering code and room numbers) So we didn’t need to meet the host, but the host made the warm rooms with the air conditioner when we let them know our arrival time!

Parking lot was full, so had to search coin parking lot. But on Saturday night was too expensive… Blanket was quite heavy. But not so much.

You have clear instructions, you have everything available, it was very clean, everything worked ( AC,freeWIFI, kitchen, washroom, shower, security system), and your staff answered questions quickly. I also thank you for arranging a taxi that took credit card for payment. I felt your place was much better than I expected.

The bed was more firm than I prefer. Also, I was there on a weekend and there was a restaurant or bar with LOUD singing/karaoke until midnight.

The house is an 18-minute walk from the train station. Popular tourist spots such as Awa Odori Hall and Bizan Park are within walking distance. The room is well-equipped and clean. Check-in and entrance to the room are fully automatic. A detailed, multilingual instruction manual is provided in the room.

The entrance is on the 2nd floor so it is a bit inconvenient to climb the stairs with heavy luggage. Besides, the room is not equipped with soundproof walls so it is possible to hear street noise and karaoke before 10 pm.

Super clean and great facility. Location is about 15min walk from Tokushima st. 5min walk to the Bizan ropeway, and 5min walking distance to the nearest seven eleven. Check in is very smooth, room is clean and cozy, bathroom is tidy with fresh towels.

Have to take note that the location is kind of in the middle of a red light district. Also, the shower room is super nice and spacious, but toilet is tiny.

The guest house was equipped with all the amenities one might need for a pleasant stay, the room was comfortable and the price to value is fantastic. Furthermore the accommodation is not very far from the station, so staying mobile is made simple, and the Awaodori Kaikan which grants access to Mt. Bizan and allows a look into the cultural history of the Awa province/Tokushima prefecture.

Location was nice, all amenities were there, up to the small détails like toothbrush and all.It was very clean !

The whole place was clean but I did see a cockroach which made me not want to use the kitchen (although it was clean itself)

Great stay. We stayed there for few days and It was very nice. The location is good, with a lot of restaurants nearby and sueprmarket close.
