Kind staff, good breakfast breakfast( two types of rice, 3 types of soups, chicken, fish, eggs, salad, different kinds of breads, macaroni salad, coffee, tea, juice....) clean hotel in general, sufficient amenities, good location ( not far from station, about 10 mins average) establishments in close proximity, basics needs provided (tea, water, shower caps, Q-tips, combs, razors, etc.) and photos matched the ones on booking.com.

Plugs mainly in one area of the room and internet was a bit slow (13th floor).

Thin hard pillow (ask for a blanket to put on it). Avoid low floor low odd number rooms (e.g. 301 401) as the hotel’s sign shines 24x7 into the room. No closet, four hangers on the wall. Bit of mold in the unit bath.

Very convenient, good parking facilities, clean, and very helpful staff including at the parking station, given that we were international travellers.

Though very friendly, the personal only spoke Japanese.

Loved the choices for breakfast, simple but satisfying. Washing machine and dryer were a bonus.. staff super friendly and helpful, always smiling 😊

Wifi a little slow on 8th floor

Location was great. Car park building was great. Easy to get in and out. Free breakfast was good. Good value.
