The house has an excellent design in terms of space, privacy and functionality. The second floor living room is where we gather and chat in the mornings and evenings. Rooftop view and barbecue set-up is fantastic. Entrance hall is spacious and well lit. A toilet on every floor is very convenient.

One bathroom for groups of 4 persons or more is not very convenient, although it is spacious and equipped with a sauna. No dishwasher is a surprise as it was listed in the kitchen facilities. The house is big so it takes a bit more time to clean.

The house was way bigger than I expected and very impressive. Great outdoor deck space. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet but only a 10 minute walk to Azabu which has many restaurants. Overall the stay was great!

It was a shame they didn't have more bedrooms and only having one shower in the house was not ideal. Close to a metro station but not multiple lines so it would not be ideal for maybe first timers to Tokyo

The configuration of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The amount of space was more than needed so not cramped at all. The location was perfect.

The pillows were small. Were use to larger pillows and more than one pillow per person. We used the handheld shower but could not figure out how to use the fixed shower head.

The house is lovely and has great spaces to spend time together, we enjoyed the rooftop and the other outdoor areas to hang out. It was convenient to have toilets on every floor, the water feature at the entrance is really pretty and tranquil. The location is close to some very good food and not too far from the train stations.

The one bathroom with shower was disappointing. Only one of the shower heads worked and the water pressure wasn’t great. We also found the shower was cold at times even when you were the first to use it. For the price of the accommodation we would have expected the main shower head to work with plenty of hot water.
