Location is fantastic, 2 minute walk to the station which is a 10min train ride away from Tokyo station or 30min from Shinjuku. You can see a great view of the Skytree from just outside and it is within walking distance or 1 stop away on the metro! The room is small but comfortable enough, and the restroom is well designed for comfort even with the limited space. Wifi is good - all rooms seem to have their own access points. Having a sauna and hot tub (male only) is nice to relax after a long day.

The sauna and public bath close a little early (2300 and 0000 respectively) and are very hot, so much so that i can only stay in for 5 minutes. The breakfast is quite basic with the same offerings for the entire stay but that's okay, it is clearly stated that a "light breakfast" is offered.

Within 5 minutes walk from Kinshicho station! Kinshicho station is a great area to stay at, it’s less busy than the heart of Tokyo but still has a life of its own with many restaurants and convenience stores that opens late into the night so don’t have to worry about looking for food. There’s even a 24 hours supermarket right across the road. If you’re landing in Haneda, there’s a direct airport bus that drops off at Kinshicho bus station so it’s really easy to get to the hotel. Hotel breakfast was simple & delicious. Dish varieties were the same few everyday, but taste was consistent at least. Lady was nice and polite.

Room was slighty dusty. Sound proofing also not the best, we could hear people drying their hair from the next room.

Walking distance to Kinshicho Station and surrounded with cheap yet very delicious local food. Although the room is small, but it is perfect to just have a very nice sleep every night before walking around Tokyo since we were only back to hotel during nighttime. The hotel also offer free laundry and the staffs are super friendly. Highly recommended. If you wish for perfect comfort, take a bigger room to maximize your experience in this hotel especially those who are travelling with kids.

We ended up booking this on short notice after a problem with other accommodation. It's a fairly standard Japanese business hotel so while the rooms are simple, that's not necessarily a bad thing. The staff were extremely helpful when one of the guests accidentally locked their room key in their room. And despite Kinshicho being a very lively district, the rooms were quiet.

The WiFi was a little unreliable in one of the rooms.

I like the location got few malls around. A 24 hours supermarket and another Life supermarket. Tons of restaurants around . Even though is not around tourist areas but it’s more convenient than that. Staffs are very polite and pleasant, I can leave the luggage for few hours after check out. Breakfast is nice , is a little breakfast room . If got too busy need to wait a bit .

The room size is fine , the bathroom is a bit too small ( this is Tokyo , I understand 😝). But I just need this room for sleep and take a shower so sizes doesn’t matter to me .

close proximity to rail station, and shopping made everything convenient. Free complimentary breakfast was excellent beginning for every morning.

Tho location is safe, there are few hint of prostitution in the nearby railstation plaza, easily avoidable however.

The hotel is right next to Kinshicho station. The room is relatively small (for Japan), but it was clean and everything was fine.

Location was great. The room was a lot more spacious than expected. Staff kind. Personally preferred the stay here than my stay at Lotte Hotel across from Kinshicho Station.

It was near from the Kinshi-cho Station, and easy to find. The room was wide enough, it didn’t have dresser, but there was a desk mirror prepared.

When I turned on the air conditioner because it was a little cold, but it didn’t work well, and couldn’t sleep for over an hour.
