Super helpful and polite staff, even by high Japanese standards. We had lots of luggage and they were really kind helping us move them to/from our room. Rooms were MASSIVE by Tokyo standards, though toilet a little cramped. access to evening drinks, ice, morning light breakfast were all welcome bonuses

Mattress was worst of our whole trip :( absolutely rock hard and unforgiving. Really dampened what was otherwise an excellent stay. Still giving a high score despite this as they deserve recognition for everything else. Pillows were also really poor (we bring our own to cover for this)

Great small hotel, nice inviting entrance and smiling staff to welcome you. Once you step out you are right in the bustling Tokyo. With nice restaurants and 7elevens nearby, good connections with Hanzomon and Chou Sobu Line, in my experience the best lines for travel everyday. From here you have to visit a great restaurant, Rikiya, it was a nice welcome as a tourist and amazing owner who showed me many tastes.

It was a little bit small but that is as what you would expect from the cramped Tokyo.

We had the comfort twin room with shower, and it had the best balcony facing the corner of the building, towards the Sky Tree and the station. The station was only a 5 minute walk, with Family Mart Conbinis on the way. The staff were nice and the hotel looked great. Loves savoring our last night in Tokyo from my balcony, watching the Tokyo people and Skytree , just soaking it all in one last night before we left. Absolutely the best.

The only drawback was the breakfast offered. There was only 3 types of bread. Toast, and 2 types of rolls. And being lactose intolerant, the only topping being butter is a problem. No jelly or dairy free margarine available, and no proteins or fruits. I'd still stay again sometime because of the location and view from our room, but I would plan ahead and bring some breakfast foods from the conbini the night before.

Every single thing about the hotel was excellent, if I come back to Japan I will stay at this hotel only. Amazing staff, so polite, patient and helpful. Superb location. Room exceeded my expectations. Hotel has free basic necessities plus free pepsi, juice, tea/coffee and those beautiful melt in your mouth bun breads and crossaints. So many restaurants nearby and train station is not far at all. Several supermarkets nearby. Great hotel and great people working for the hotel. 5 out of 5 stars. Loved our stay with them.

Can't fault anything

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, although it doesn't have many facilities as a whole, there was a lot of nice touches in the room and I like the layout of separating the bedroom and the entry/ bathroom/ mirror area. We also like that they have 24/7 beverage machines and generous supply of complimentary toiletries on the G/F. It is located close to two train/ subway stations and a few very good shopping malls nearby. Lots of good restaurants and convenience stores around too. If you like a quieter location and don't mind the extra 15/20 mins to travel to the tourist spots, this place is great value.

Unfortunately the staff don't speak much English so when we have questions it's hard to communicate, but this is not their unique problem as most Japanese don't speak fluent English. They are all very nice and friendly though. Also the hotel's location is a slightly far from some tourist sites but not a major issue to us, as we don't mind a few more stops on the subway for a quieter neighbourhood.

Location was excellent - 5 mins walk away from JR Kinshicho Station, one train stop from Oshiage Skytree Station (where I took the airport express train to Narita), and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We came earlier to store our luggage, and they helped to bring the suitcases up to our rooms for us. The 24 hour drink bar was great, it was really nice to come back from a long day of walking, grab a quick cup of hot cocoa and go up to a clean room. The amenities provided in the lobby are really good too, they had everything from hair butter to face masks and nail pads. They also seem to have fixed the wifi issues in previous comments, I stayed on the 10th floor and the wifi was strong throughout. The room itself was very well designed and thoroughly cleaned everyday. Both the Japanese Modern Rooms and Comfort Twin Rooms are large enough to fully open two big suitcases, and I enjoyed the balcony view of the Skytree from the Japanese Modern room. The beds are firm and comfortable, but the pillows are a little low for side-sleepers. Check-out was simple, we just fed the cards into a machine and we were off. Overall an excellent place to stay in Tokyo, and I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel with plenty of amenities set in an extremely convenient location from a well-connected train station. Fast and stable WiFi connection. You get 2 beds whether or not there are 1 or 2 guests.

The room pictures for Bookingdotcom were all the same for different rooms when I booked, so I got a room different from what I was hoping for. Room also feels a bit narrow.

The hotel is near the metro station so it was easy to get there even with luggages. They hold our luggages before check in while we went for lunch. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t hear any noise from the street, we had a good sleep. I liked that toilet and bathroom were separated.

Location was great, nice safe area close to the train station. Plenty of places to get lovely food. The staff were friendly.

I found the beds a bit hard, probably because I am used to a much softer bed at home. But the bedding, towels etc were lovely and fresh and clean.

Easy to find. Rooms were so clean. Breakfast was nice as were free drinks. Room air cleaner great.

Beds are very hard and two extra pillows and a sheet would have been terrific as we find the feather duvet quite hot. We don’t use the air conditioner unless it is very hot!
