The hotel was perfect during my 2 weeks touring Tokyo and working remotely. The staff was friendly and very helpful whenever I needed anything. Room was new and modern and a bit small, but totally functional and fine for one person. The location was just 5-10 minute walk from Kinshicho station which is great base for getting into central Tokyo with many restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas, and shops. Everything you could possibly need was there. Two JR lines run through it as well as a metro line so getting into central Tokyo was a breeze and depending on the timing... very fast. Wifi was fast and reliable for working and room was cleaned every other day. There is tea and coffee in the lobby which was nice and a variety of breads for breakfast. I used the washer/dryer 2 times which was very helpful since I am on very long trip (wash 300 yen and dry 100 yen for 20 minutes). I am staying there on my return to Tokyo after a couple weeks of touring and they happily are storing a small bag for me so I don't have to lug it around with me. Can't recommend it or thank the staff enough. Thank you.

This is my second time staying in this hotel, I love the location, it only takes like 5-10mins to the 錦糸町 station, which have both JR line and multiple subway line, you can take the bus from the bus satiation from and go to both Disney Land & Haneda Airport. The room and the price was nice for people who travels alone, the free breakfast, ice machine are my favorite! And the bathroom is big too! The shower was nice, basically, it has all the great things that I like. The only thing needs to be aware is that at night, the road from the stations to the hotel can be a bit intense, I think it’s close to some special service place, I got caught up once with a foreigner who doesn’t looks nice, and I was just heading back from Disney land? Anyway, great facilities, great hotel, maybe try to get back to the hotel before 8pm, just my personal advice!

Although the location was good, the environment around the hotel is a bit sketchy, I wouldn’t recommend woman who wants to travel alone but was to nice to say no to people, it can be dangerous

The many malls and F&B near the accommodation. It's about 8-10 minutes to walk from Kinshicho metro station to the hotel which is in the neighbourhood. It isn't as crowded with tourists as the other parts of Tokyo. The hotel provides free bread, coffee, tea & water at the lobby in the morning, which is a welcome surprise. The staff provide excellent service!

The pillow is too flat, it's almost non existent. Had there been two pillows it might help. The twin beds are placed next to each other without any space between them. As with most hotels, there's hardly any space to open luggage. The bathrobes aren't too comfortable, the material is too heavy and the bathrobes don't stay close because it's a wrap around with a belt

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The place was spotless and very quiet, which made for a restful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. Everything I needed was available within the hotel itself, and it’s located in a peaceful neighborhood. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel is also very close to the metro, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything, was very good w space in the room, very comfortable beds, the bathroom is very nice, everything is clean without odors or humidity, rent a room with a view of the sky tree and it is a game changer, there are free amenities such as toothbrushes, hair bands, etc... the kindness of the people was incredible, the location is close to the station and close to family mart, there are free rolls, coffee and soup, they helped me send my bags to Kyoto, I would stay here again without a doubt

Nothing, all is fine

I have a wonderful stay in here. Nice location, friendly receptionist, well equipment and reasonable price. There are three convenient stores and several restaurants around here. Surprisingly, I reserve a twin bed room for this trip, and it is big enough for two 28 inch suitcase. Overall, it is comfortable enough for me.

Very clean and fresh. Great on Amenities. Location is also alright.

For Japan, the rooms are always going to be small as compared to other countries. What can be improved is a place to put your hand carry in order to open it. There is no wardrobe, which is fine for solo travelers, but a small stand to open hand luggage would be nice.

It’s pretty convenient from the Kinshicho Station, great location. The front desk staff were nice and friendly. They helped me and my friend a lot, and the room services were good too. We had a two-twin room, it’s kind small but has enough space for me and my friend.

Hotel is new and our room can see Sky Tree. Bathroom is small but functional with nice badiet and walk in ring shower head. Metro, shopping and restaurants are close by and convenient!

Wish the lobby a little bigger and have better breakfast area instead of just serving drink and pastry. Surrounding of the hotel could be better.

Excellent location, very comfortable rooms and beds, super clean and convenient bathrooms . The staff was very helpful especially Momin from the front desk who helped a lot for our city travel.
