Location and one of your part time overnight staff was simply AMAZING! I think his name was Mr. Makino. His approach was very genuine and kind.

Cleanliness of the room: Towel was moist with a stain and the glass in the bathroom was used and dirty. Shower: the water from the shower would come out and make the floor all wet. Smoking: There was people smoking on the same floor as us and this was extremely unpleasant. Breakfast: The wooden trays were dirty and found hair in several dishes 2 days in a row. Maybe the kitchen staff should wear a hair net?

Great convenient location, walking distance to train station and shopping. Japanese style breakfast was excellent and authentic. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is fantastic, not far from centre Ginza and inbetween 3 major train stations. Restaurants are across the street with the choice of anything you need. The staff were also exceptional and helped us with any need we needed. They will take care of your bags if you turn up before check in time and will even take your bags to your room for you when you check in.

Rooms are a little small (usual size for Tokyo) and our room was a strange layout leaving not much room for our luggage. Apart from that very clean and modern with a great view.

Very new and great design

Our room is right beside the rail track, it is noisy when sleeping at night. Wake up very early because of the noise from the train and traffic on highway. Window curtains can’t close tight, sunshine through the both side of the window every morning about 4am. Shower is too weak, water pressure too low. Not enough counter space in the washroom.

The location was great Mid-town Toyko. Within 30m of the hotel front door there are dozens of good restaurants. Many with English menus and all with photos. There is also a small English pub called the HUB about 20m across the road. The main large mid-town shopping center with major stores is about 10 to 15 mins walk. The hotel is modem, and the western breakfast is interesting with a roast chicken as the main protein.

DONT use their washing service... it cost me $125 AUD for a medium bag of washing as I told them I just want them to be 'wash and fold', but the 'dry cleaned' even thing even my underwear. All the clothes were folder with paper between the folds and then each item was placed in a plastic bag and sealed, like you buy brand new from a shop. When I complained they said they can't help as they use an 'outside contractor'. So DONT have any clothes wash at this fine small boutique hotel. Also, the rooms are very small.

Location better than expected, in a part of Ginza with good environment and always with people on the streets. Hotel service was outstanding, very kind staff and very helpful with dinner reservations. Breakfast had good variety of food (continental and asian), and no extra charges for coffee/beverages. The room was always tidy and clean, and bonus to the great view of the city.

If you are a first timer in Tokyo, beware that as a densely built-up city, the hotel shares its plot with other shops/venues. Nevertheless, its entrance is very well indicated (on the corner of the street), as the hotel itself is from the 5th floor and up.

The hotel is brand new, room is usual Tokyo size but we stayed at the largest 4pax room so it's roomy. Free bath and sauna facilities at 4/F was a huge plus if you are into japanese public bath culture. Location is impeccable, close to 3 train stations (Ginza, Hibiya and Shimbashi) and hailing a taxi right outside hotel is super easy as it's the heart of Ginza area. Wonderful selections of restaurants right opposite our doorstep.

The location is brilliant. Not far from JR and metro. Shop and restaurant by the door step. Even had 24hr restaurants just 2mins walk.

Although it is a fairly new hotel but the room bathroom is not so clean. If they don’t deep clean sooner I think after a year it will become an old old hotel. The Onsen is not so clean either 😅😅

Reception: A few of the front staffs were respectful, lovely, very customer service oriented and helpful. House-keeping: well maintained and helpful. Room stayed: clean, slightly spacious and full sunlight. Location: variety of restaurants to explore, close to Ginza line train and Ginza shipping area.

Reception: one staff was not very nice; to be precise he looked down when we checked-in. We were fine with the other staffs looking after us prior. Room stayed: limited hangers, limited space to place amenities in the bathroom, the bathroom sink was positioned way too low and the safe was too small to fit everything. Location: very loud at night from the clubs and the train tracks.

Nice room, 2 x king size singles took up a lot of the space which doesn't allow much room for 2 suitcases, but that is pretty normal for Japan accommodation. The beds were comfortable enough, but the pillow was very hard and uncomfortable. All the Terrace rooms are on the 5th floor (same floor as reception) so there is not really much of a view from the 5th floor as it's not high enough and there is a large garden directly in-front of the terrace. Breakfast was pretty good. The entrance is difficult to find as it is down a side street and then you have to walk down to the glass doors to the lifts and get to the 5th floor where reception is. It is in an excellent location with many restaurants along Ginza Corridor and the hotel is on the same street and within walking distance of 3 train stations for transiting around Tokyo. We would stay again.
