1/. Incredible Breakfast is included everyday. 2/. Amazing Accessories could be collected at the open shelf located at the concierge floor in free of charge. 3/. Excellent Organic Coffee is offered in free of charge near the cafe located at the concierge floor in free of charge. 4/. Thoughtful Free Ice Water Machine and Vending Machine located at the Vending Room on every floor.

Hotel Room : very dusty When I went to the concierge to make a complaint about the dust with photos taken minutes after our arrival at the hotel room (710), I still remembered how the male staff turned me down and ignored my complaint on the dust issue!!! Please don’t make any conclusion the conflict from the language differences because the staff (male) (south eastern Asian) could speak fluent ENGLISH and understand what I was talking about. To avoid ruining our mood during our stay, we did not make a further complaint. Particularly, we would still believe the quality of Japanese norm and culture would not accept their staff to ignore the needs of their hotel guests!!! In fact, my husband and I are suffering the allergies from the dusts or the mould.

HOTEL GRACERY GINZA is a solid choice for travelers who prioritize excellent location above all else. Situated right in the heart of Ginza, you’re steps away from high-end shopping, dining, and Tokyo’s best attractions—making it perfect for explorers. However, be prepared for small rooms (typical for Tokyo), which may feel cramped if you have a lot of luggage or prefer spacious accommodations. Despite the tight quarters, the rooms are clean, modern, and efficiently designed. The service is friendly, and the hotel’s sleek style adds a nice touch. If you’re looking for a well-located, no-frills base in Tokyo, this is a great pick—just pack light!

Nice room with a view of the city, central location, tasty breakfast, friendly staff. We were able to leave our luggage with the front desk while we explored the city, even after checkout. Cute kids bag with kid sized slippers.

The room was a bit small and the bed was not super soft.

Hotel has a higher end feel understandably as it is located in the 7-chome near the Ginza main business street. 700m walk away from easily accessible Shimbashi station to take you wherever you want, good amenities, friendly and helpful staff (speaking both japanese and english), luggage storage before/after check-in/-out, plentiful breakfast and urban view from hotel room and breakfast/bar venue windows. Room was small (standard double room) but cozy with complimentary tea, powerful Dyson hairdryer and good lighting and thick curtains for privacy. Walls were thick enough to not hear anything from other rooms. Hotel seemed also very favored by foreigners of various cultures.

Great location and great staff. Room was a little small. Just enough space to lay out our check in bag and open it next to the bed. Otherwise place is very clean and staff is very helpful. Credit card assessable laundry. Overall stay was still great. Easy to and from Ginza station to get all around Tokyo

Dryer took 90 mins to dry my load of clothes. First 50 mins clothes was still completely wet and the heating element/ lint trap was filled with water…

Excellent location in Ginza, just off Chou-Dori. Close to metro station, shopping and conveniences. Staff were very polite. The Japanese style breakfast was truly delicious, and the ‘amenities’ self-service bar at reception was unique and had lovely treats like face masks and creams.

The western style bed was a little firm for my preference.

It's at a very good location, only 5 minutes walk to Ginza Station. It is in a very posh area just opposite a high-end Ginza Six shopping mall with a 24-hour Lawson convenience store. Checking in and out of the hotel was a breeze. Great local Japanese breakfast buffet if you like the Japanese home-cooked style breakfast. Free amenities, coffee, and juice 24/7. The aircon and heater worked very well, and towels were changed every day. The rooms will be cleaned every three days unless you make a special request in advance.

The rooms were as small as expected. We booked the triple room, which consists of 2 single beds and a sofa bed. There was hardly any space to walk around. But, the location made up for it. We didn't mind as we were out most of the time from Sunrise until late at night all the time we were in Tokyo. The front desk will help when asked. Otherwise, don't expect an extra smile or service.

The location is great. The room is expected to be small, but it is fine for our 2-day stay. I like the fact that the hotel lobby provided cold water/drink, as it was very hot on those two days when we were in Tokyo. The staff was very helpful by providing us information about how to get to Haneda by train.

I booked a room for 4 people - 2 adults and 2 children. The fees should include 4 breakfasts for 2 days, but our 5 year old did not get her voucher. She normally does not eat (only drinks milk or juice), so we did not worry to much about not having a voucher for her. Then, we were told at the restaurant that we needed to pay for her breakfast, as we did not have a voucher for her. This does not seem to be right, as my reservation included breakfast for 4 people. This is quite upsetting.
