The location was great. It was only a few blocks from the train station. There was a 7/11 right down the street. The staff was great. Spoke English perfectly fine. The luggage forwarding was good. It was a clean room, with fridge and bathroom. There was also a laundry room, for washing that was reasonable priced. There was a vending machine and amenities in the lobby. There was also a microwave and kettle available in the lobby. Tokyo Tower is about a 15-20 minute walk and is super cool to visit. Along with a beautiful park along the way.

I wish there was a dryer available.

A good location to stay still relatively close to the city, and only a 10 minute walk to the subway. Staff were very friendly and helped us with parking for our hire car. Our room had fresh towels everyday, which was a lovely treat after a big day exploring Japan. Room was on the bigger side for a Japanese motel.

Only stayed one night and found it a convenient location especially for the monorail or train (with a JR pass). There were many restaurants in the area and at nearby Daimon. Staff were friendly and attentive, we were able to have our bags held before check-in, and when we did check-in later on in the afternoon, found that our luggage had already been taken to our rooms. The free utility goods (bath sponge, toothbrush, pyjamas etc) were all at reception - it included yummy shortbread biscuits.

Noise from the trains was noticeable when tv not on. The clock inset in the bedhead was very bright. Otherwise a lovely stay.

We stayed here for one night due to its great location next to the Hamamatsucho station (13-15 minutes by foot), from where we took a train to Haneda airport. The staff was lovely and helpful. Room was a good size and clean.

We chose this hotel due to its location, as we were catching a flight from Haneda early in the morning. If you are looking for lively and busy Tokyo vibes and/or neighbourhood, this hotel does not offer it. Otherwise nothing to complain!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved that they changed the towels each day and replaced out yukata style pyjamas. The location was nice and quiet and had Tokyo Tower and train stations within walking distance.

The pillows were a little hard for myself but otherwise I have no complaints.

The location is good near train station incl monorail to Haneda. Also easy to walk to Tokyo tower and Ginza area. The room is simple but got all amenities you need. Good value for money. Helpful staff.

The breakfast buffet was the most minimal I've tried so far however fresh mango and pineapple to the yoghurt was nice. Could be more light in the bathroom above the mirror.

Great location in walking distance of Hamamatsucho station, which has a direct connection to Haneda airport. Clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed after an early evening arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Good value for money.

Nothing really. Rooms are small but that’s a given in this Japanese ‘business hotel’ category.

The check in was efficient and the staff were nice and patient. The room itself is very clean and comfortable, just a little smaller then what i expected but its ok. The bathroom especially was very clean and we were given our own pyjamas which was a pleasant surprise !

Had another 27 day booking cancelled by them because of a card issue. No problem with the card with all of our other bookings. Went to rebook and it was $2000 more expensive so they lost a 27 day booking. Wouldn’t book with them again for this reason.
