The location of the hotel is great. From Asakusabashi you can access the metro and JR lines, putting all areas of Tokyo at your fingertips. The surrounding is also great for eating or a night out. The room was relatively clean.

The room is super small, if you have any large luggage it can be difficult to open and manipulate. However, this is kind of typical for hotels in the Tokyo area.

What is there not to like? Very helpful and friendly staff that allowed us to store our luggage with them during our one day stay in Nikko. Also helped us ship our luggage to the next hotel :) (they speak english / chinese too), Comfortable bed/pillows, clean and quiet room. Washing machines come with a pin lock so you need not worry about your laundry getting dumped by unruly guests. Lots of restaurants, 2 convenience stores and 1 supermarket nearby. Very near Asakusabashi station (with a pharmacy right next to it too) as well! Pet friendly hotel is a bonus.

Nothing to be honest!

Convenient location, a minute away from a JR station and a few minutes from metro station. Also a 20 minute walk from Akihabara. There is a grocery store and a 7/11 right next to the hotel building. The staff is friendly, check in and check out process is easy. They also keep your suitcases if needed before/after your stay, free of charge. Seeing all the dogs in the lobby was lovely.

The breakfast wasn't worth it in my opinion, you can find breakfast restaurants in the area that serve better food for half the price. The space is very limited and the room was even smaller than expected.

Great location next to a train station. Staff were very kind and helpful, and they held our luggage for us before our room was ready, then they moved it to our room for us before we checked in! Doggies were present but I never heard them, so it was great. The room was very small and didn't have much room, but it was comfortable enough. The housekeeper was also really kind! I would stay here again.

Tiny room with a door that swung out from the bathroom and blocked the hallway. Just be careful walking past it if someone is in the bathroom and coming out!

During my two-week trip to Japan, I stayed in the hotel twice. It was my home base. The location was fantastic—right next to the A16 station, making it easy to explore both Ginza and the Tokyo Skytree. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The free selections of tea in the evening was a nice touch. Laundry was available on premises (super convenient). The rooms were cozy and clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Plus, the dogs in the lobby always brought a smile to my face every time we returned.

TV had only local channels… but that was the case in the other hotels I stayed in during my trip. (The WiFi was excellent, so it was not an issue to watch news and Netflix on personal devices.)

The room was clean. It was small but was OK. I liked that they had a laundry room downstairs. The dryer doesn't dry well if you put too many clothes. Breakfast was good but was identical for the three days we stayed there. The location was good. Walking distance from the subway station and about 25minutes from all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was nice and helpful. Saw lots of dogs there. That was interesting :)

The room was small but that was expected. Would have been nicer if the breakfast had different menu each day but I'm not complaining. It was fine.

The ICI Hotel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a staff that is both kind and friendly. The receptionist was particularly helpful, always up for a chat and offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities (Karaoke). The location is incredibly convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away. The Asakusa Line provides easy access to various popular areas like Ginza, and you can even reach the airport in about 90 minutes for only 1300 yen. Another major plus is its proximity to Akihabara, which is just a 10-minute walk away – perfect for those looking to explore this vibrant area. The rooms are clean and cozy, though small, but they are well-designed and functional. The surrounding area is charming, filled with restaurants and worth exploring. During our stay, the hotel offered free sake tastings from 6 PM to 10 PM and tea tastings until midnight, which added a special touch to the experience. Plus, the hotel has a cute and "kawaii" vibe, especially since it's dog-friendly, making it even more delightful. Overall, the ICI Hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere in a great location.

Easily one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Seeing dogs as we walked in and out was a pleasant bonus on an otherwise lovely stay. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Asakusabashi Station, which is convenient for travel into popular places such as Shibuya and Shinjuku. For those traveling to Japan for the first time, Asakusabashi Station is a good place to become accustomed to the train system because it’s not as busy as major stations.

The room was squishy, although for the price and location it was fine. It was also a bit far from the main parts of Tokyo however just a short train ride away.

Amazing location and super close to 2 different stations/lines, one line is direct to the airport. Great service from the staff. Checkin was quick, we were able to send our luggage here in advance and also hold our luggage on the day we checked out. There were plenty of cute dogs in the cafe downstairs during the day and we got a dose of doggie love whilst away from our dogs. The hotel is also very clean and surprisingly quiet which made sleeping at night comfortable.

The standard double rooms were quite small with limited small to store larger luggage inside the room. We didn’t mind too much though as had a twin room which was very decently sized to store luggage.

Very near 2 train stations. JR Line and Asakusa Line. Asakusa Line has direct access to the airports. Narita and Haneda. 1 train station away from Akihabara using JR line, 1 station away to Asakusa using Asakusa Line. Room is comfortable for 2 adults 2 kids. Bathroom is equipped with good quality toiletries. Free soup at night. Restaurant and Cute dogs at the lobby. Convenience store and grocery store nearby - few steps away from the hotel. Super friendly and accommodating staff.

No free drinking water. But they offer 50 yen per bottle of 500ml. If you want to buy cheaper, buy at the nearby grocery at 139-169 yen for 2L
