The location was great. 24hr Family Mart and Nakau across the street were very convenient for late night munchies/drinks. Air conditioning and washing machine worked out great for our trip in the hot summer months. The apartment was spacious for our family of 5. Towels, detergent, slippers, dishes, cups, pots, pans, utensils, rice cooker, hot water heater, extra trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, individually wrapped tooth brushes, hand soap, extra toilet paper, individually wrapped slippers, hangers, futons, sheets, and pillows were all provided. The host was very easy to contact via Booking messages, and our late checkout was accommodated.

Couldn't figure out how to get the ventilation to work in the bathroom wash area. It did get a little noisy when trains/commuters started in the morning, but it didn't bother us too much.

A lot of space, air condition, washing machine, cosmetic utensils, location…

It could be more glasses and plates, no cups. Cleanliness was good, but not excellent. The instructions for ginding keys and entering were a bit confusing.

Good location of the house. The place is between two big station so u could use JR railway or subway conveniently. And the workers help us a lot during the trip. Thanks again.

There is only one air conditioner for such a big zone of living so u may have to open ur doors between the living room and bedrooms. But it doesn't matter us a lot.

Very japanese, enjoyed the tatami room. Location was excellent, very nearby Akihabara station. Complete amenities. Spacious & comfortable.

Not spotless, TV was also not working.

We felt like home staying there. My son didn't mind sleeping on the comfy sofa bed as he watched world cup. Location is good, well connected by JR trains and metro. Many convenience stores, eateries are in the area.

House is beside a main road so we got some traffic noise especially in the morning after a quiet night.

The noise of traffic , can be a bit much for light sleeper, we did wear earplugs which helped.

The apartment was big specious and clean! Had a kitchen that was so useful to me as I’m traveling with my little daughter.

We couldn’t find wash gel for clothes but it was not a big problem.

Great location for bring able to visit different sites in the city. Quite spacious for a Tokyo accomodation. The communication with the host was great.
