The location is good. Fom Kinshicho Station, take exit 2. At B1 is the 24-hour Seiyu supermarket. At ground level, cross the road towards Termina building and walk for 5 mins to hotel. The hotel allows me to leave my luggage in the morning before check in, as well as after check out. As expected in Japan, the room is very small. The queen size bed is against 3 sides of the room, with very limited movement inside the room. The bed is comfortable, with a mini bar, water kettle, air con, Japanese channels TV. The bathroom only has hair shampoo and body wash lotion. There are free amenities at the lobby - toothbrush, hair brush, razor, tea bags, coffee sachets, etc. There are options whether to clean the room, only change towels or no cleaning required. Check in and out is via self-service kiosk in front of the reception. Overall, it is recommended to stay in this hotel and explore Tokyo and its surrounding regions.

I liked that it was so close to a lot of establishments like restaurants, malls, and it’s a quick walk to the train stations. The staff are also wonderful and accommodating. I always get a response whenever I have an inquiry. The staff were the best part of my stay.
Sometimes the elevator smells like cigarettes but that’s to be expected because it mainly caters to salarymen/office workers.

The location is perfect. It is away from the very touristy areas, which is actually a great thing. While it is still in a busy neighborhood, it is mostly frequented by locals, so we got to experience a different side of Tokyo compared to staying somewhere like Shibuya. The hotel is extremely close to the station, which made getting around the city very convenient. Also, the cleanliness was excellent and everything was spotless. The reception staff were always helpful. They spoke English and assisted with everything we needed, including helping us arrange Yamato service to send our luggage.
If I had to mention one downside, it would be the breakfast, though that might have been more about our personal preferences. We were initially glad we did not book the accommodation with breakfast included. However, we decided to try it for one day since it was available to purchase separately. Unfortunately, it was not to our taste. We are more used to an eastern-style breakfast with fruits, yogurt, granola, bread, and similar options. The breakfast here was very typical of an Asian style, which might be perfect for some, but it just did not suit what we usually enjoy in the morning. Another thing to note is that the room was very small. However, we understand that this is typical for Tokyo. Still, we feel it’s worth mentioning for those who might prioritize space.

The room was comfortable and slightly larger than expected of similarly sized Japanese hotels. The location is superb and Kinshicho station is reached in only a few minutes on foot. The staff were wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. The area around the hotel is busy (with bars and clubs) but not sketchy like other people have commented and I did not have any problems with noise.
The window was covered with a thick, translucent protective covering that prevented the view from being clearly seen (and it would have been an extremely nice view featuring Tokyo tower!).

Location location location This hotel is closed to train station, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, malls and Donki. Also, shuttle bus stop to Haneda airport near by (in front of Parco). Will not go to bed with empty stomach, surrounded by restaurants & cafes. Standard rooms are small for 2 adults (height 170 -180cm), go for bigger room for 2 paxs.
Hotel breakfast is bit expensive, not my liking. You can find yummy and cheaper breakfast near by, lots of cafes and to go stalls inside/underground train station. Spend some time to browse around.

Hotel staff was fabulous! Extremely helpful and polite. I made an error in my booking and got the ages of my children entered incorrectly and hence unable to stay at the original room I booked. The reception staff (forgot his name but he was a Japanese American) was extremely patient and helped me through the whole re-booking process and even cancelled the original booking on their end without any charges. Room is clean and neat. Not most spacious but big enough. I had 2 connecting rooms so that was helpful. The location is also great - better than I thought. Just a shame I didn't have enough time to explore the area. Tokyo is massive and requires more than a few days to really explore each area!
Nothing much I could complain about!

Loved the location. Close to train station. Restaurants near by that were open all night and very affordable. Loved the view from our window. Nice deep tub to soak in. Clean lobby. Thankful the lobby stayed open 24/7 since our flight in landed at 11:30pm so we didn’t get there til after midnight.
Extremely small room. Not big enough for me and my boyfriend to stand in together next to each other small. Smelled nasty. They did keep a bottle of air freshener in the room so they must know it stinks in the hotel.

The hotel's location is just a short walk from the train station. There are convenience stores along the way which helps in buying necessities easily. It is within a few train stations away to some major tourist attractions. The staff were all polite and one has clearly explained to me how to use the airport luggage delivery which I use.
I'm not a fan of cigarettes, so the smoking room in the lobby is a con for me as the smell leaks out from time to time when I take my complimentary toiletries in the lobby.

Stayed here a few times and love the area, and how easy it is to get everywhere from the train station. There are lots of shopping malls nearby and restaurants, and the hotel staff are very friendly. Very hard to beat at the price. Rooms are small but this is no problem if you’re spending your whole day out and about. If you want the best coffee nearby, go visit Macchinesti Coffee in Sumida, a ten minute walk.
A humidifier was provided but the air was VERY dry in the room, perhaps due to hotel central heating, which gave us both nose/throat issues. If you are susceptible to this, I suggest you have the humidifier on ASAP.

Short walk from the station. Non-smoking rooms with special smoking area near the lobby, thick walls, comfy bed and pillows, Japanese breakfast at ma pa's restaurant. The staff at the lobby was very attentive and took time to explain how to use Airporter and cleaning rules
Very little western choice at buffet breakfast but loved the sweet little lady there, loved the Japanese spread, very traditional and made with love. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers at 2nd floor so the directions to a laundromat outside the hotel was extremely useful (included the amount it will cost per load etc)
