Breakfast! A part of the menu changes daily and there's always something to look forward to! The welcome drinks! And the customer service was one of the best i've ever seen for all staff that i encounter! The Hotel location was completely sheltered with lift access! Super grateful!

We (2 people) stayed in the standard double room. Room was abit small to open 2 large luggages at the same time . The bidet spraying system wasn't operating for our room.

The room was a perfect size for me, breakfast was great, and all of the staff were always so kind and accommodating. I ended up extending my stay here for several more days, and the process was very smooth. The hotel was close to the train station and several other great locations with plenty to do, such as sunshine city. I would absolutely stay here again.

I cannot think of anything I did not like.

There's a elevator right beside the hotel that connects to the train station which makes travelling so much easier. The room is quite cozy, and there's a laundry machine where you just need to drop in a 100yen to use it. The free breakfast was great too. Would definitely come back next time!

The public bath is a lot smaller than I thought so I would look at the status of the bath on the TV and use it when there's alot lesser people are using it.

Great location, only a stone's throw distance from Ikebukuro Station. Modern, clean and convenient. Also, it is nice to allow guests to leave their luggage till twelve in the morning. Finally, a very comfortable lounge with a huge variety of wine and fruit juice (but not beer) is provided for guests to use.

Though understood, the size of the room and the spa is very compact. Mere decent breakfast is provided.

It was very close to Ikebukuro station. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast had a variety of options and it changed everyday. The public hot spring opened throughout the night.

The room was very small for 2 people with 2 luggages. There’s only enough seating area for one so the other person will need to sit on the bed.

Directly above metro line, near to restaurants and bars in west side, washing machine and dryers, great breakfast more to Japanese style, public bath, clean rooms and fast internet, very attentive and friendly front line staffs, lounge with free beverages after 10am

Rooms are a little small but hey its Tokyo

After staying at another Super Hotel in the same area, we decided to stay here on our return to Tokyo. Good location for transport and food. Room was comfortable, compact, but most Japanese rooms are! Complimentary breakfast and afternoon bar is a nice bonus.

Location is good, but confused to connect to the train lines, and inconvenient to carry big luggages for Narita Airport. Good welcome drinks and hospitality from staffs.

Please be suggested to change breakfast menu daily.

Breakfast have more food variation than I imagine and it's tasty. I always pick super hotel as I like their hot spring and pillow, will pick super hotel again next time!

The wall is quite thin, I can hear the other room not turning off their alarm whole night, making us quite hard to fall asleep.

The room was very nice. Also onsen. Good breakfast and welcome bar. Complimentary water if you skipped cleaning service but still new towels every day.

The breakfast time could be a bit longer open also on weekdays
