Lots of amenities and such a great location and very clean and tidy with cute slippers and pjs

It was tiny -very difficult to open suitcase or for 2 people to move around in the room

Location is great with Ginza main street 10 min walking distance. Several restaurants around the area and also walking distance to metro. Staff were kind and attentive too. Comfy beds and clean. It’s perfect for a short stay if you want to prioritise location.

The rooms and especially the bathrooms are very small. Makes it challenging to move in/out or around the bathroom esp if you are tall. The check in is at 3:00pm (which is standard in Japan but too late) we arrived at around 11 am and wanted to take a shower before the check in but this was not possible (we had made a very long trip there) so we had to wait for many hours. Also, the hotel does not provide laundry service but they will advise you on nearby laundry places if you ask.

Friendly and helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable. The place was spotless and exceptionally clean. Fresh towels every day and eco clean every day. The location was excellent- close to train stations and restaurants., Walking distance to all of these places. A variety of restaurants. . Excellent coffee machine in the lobby. 17 minutes to the airport by taxi.

The rooms and toilets were a bit small and compact. But given that we were out all day-this did not bother us much.

It is in a very nice location, close to stations and shopping, restaurants, convenience stores. Reception is friendly, also amenities and free coffee available. From hotel to Haneda airport, around 30 to 40 minutes by taxi.

Small room, not possible to open luggage but on top of the bed and no extra pillows available when asked. Bathroom is small and was ok for me but for taller and bigger people it might be a challenge.

It had all amenities available, room was the average size as usual in most Japanese hotels.(If you have a big luggage, then the room will not be enough size for 2 people honestly) Walkable distance to most places in Ginza. Can stow baggage at the reception.

It was not very convenient to reach from the airport. Closest metro station still needs alot of walking from Hibashi ginza, If you take the bus to Ginza st, it is at least 17mins walk. Honestly for the price, there are better hotels around.

Good value for money. Good location to a few stations Higashi Ginza, Tsukijishijo station. Walkable to main Ginza shopping street and Tsukiji fish market Oedo line access is good as it's relatively quite compared to the other lines.

Small room, difficult if you have lots of luggage. 'Twin Room' is just two single beds next to each other. Very small bathroom that is raised from the room floor with floor space like an airplane toilet, quite easy to bump your elbows/knees when turning. Bathroom is made of plastic (pvc?) and you can hear everything :) No laundry facilities - hotel directed us to a self-service coin laundry place which was ~20minute walk away, with the closest branch slightly further than Tsukiji fish market. Ended up waiting until our next hotel to do laundry.

Compact little rooms but very good value for money. Staff were lovely, bed firm but very comfortable, bathroom small but again, kind of expected in Japan for affordable hotels, toiletries provided as well as pyjamas. There’s a little lounge by reception with free Costa coffee machine, ice and some snacks are available to buy. We only stayed for one night as we arrived to Tokyo very late and just needed a place to get some sleep before we continue onwards.

The room was clean, the room has a small wardrobe, towels are changed every day, you can drink free coffee on the ground floor, convenient location, two metro stations within walking distance.

We needed more hangers because there is nowhere to iron clothes. I would like the garbage from the toilet room to be cleaned every day.

Location was walking distance from central Ginza and also the old fishmarkets which are still a tourist attraction. Bathroom accessories available in the shared area and free coffee! Exceptional service from the reception staff and always accommodating with a smile. Loan umbrella available and the eco room cleaning actually works well.

Unfortunately the bathroom was very cramped especially when using the toilet. Also not much room for luggage and no desk in the room. I suppose this problem is everywhere due to the space constraints in Japan. Just have to get used to it as space is a premium over there.

The room was clean and confortable. Very welcoming and hospitable staff. After spending a few days in Tokyo for work, I stored baggage at this hotel via radical luggage so that I didn't have to carry unnecessary items on my travels around Japan. I then ended up staying at this hotel on the night of my return to Tokyo.

The bathroom was a little small, but Japanese bathrooms generally are. Not as luxurious as other hotels but the price reflects that.
