New hotel, all facilities are new and had everything we needed in the room. Having the washing machine and dryer is a plus with our toddler, made it soo much easier. Location is great and convenient.

We stayed 8 days with the same Breakfast menu.

I like all the facilities and the cleaness

I booked room twin in the picture with the window and view but turns out the window is blurred and I cannot see anything from the window. I raised the case to the reception and they seems didn't care at all. It is what it is they explained. So maybe you can explain this type of room is without any view at all so we can manage our expectation. And remember this hotel is pretty strict and firm with they rules. No late check out even you stay there for 5 nights. They charge 2000 yen per hour

I loved the location of the hotel and how clean it was and the rooms were of a decent size for Japan. Staff were really friendly and facilities were excellent. The public bath was great and quite large and spacious.

I understand that being environmentally friendly is key - but the cleaning of the rooms every two days was a bit of a hassle as we kept on asking for fresh towels everyday. Also the ironing board was a communal one - which was located near the lifts on the floor which was a bit of a hassle.

This facility is brand new, having opened in September 2024. The public spaces are clean and well maintained. Made much use of the second floor lounge with its free coffee and water. My room was standard size by Japan standards, but had the added benefit of having a fridge, microwave and washer/dryer combo. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great in a quieter part of the city, right next to the Tsujiki Market, but with the benefit of being within blocks of four different subway lines.

We loved this hotel. We traveled with our 2 teenage children and they were able to accommodate 2 rooms next to each other. The rooms were clean, and nice size compared to Tokyo standards, and we loved the cafe on the first level. The location was ideal with the subway around the corner and the fish market a block away. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Tokyo. Bonus is that rooms include a refrigerator, microwave & washer/dryer combo that was super helpful for our family.

The property is new so no complaints

We loved how quiet the hotel was. The rooms are sound proof and the overall atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful. The room design is well thought out: washer and dryer, small built in corner sofa, foldable desk and comfortable chair, air purifier… all essentials and more. The hotel is very clean and the staff was extremely polite, nice and helpful. I loved the entrance cafeteria, the whisky selection, the deserts were adorably conditioned in small glass containers, the coffee was delicious and the people watching was made easy by the plants discretely dissimulating our gaze from the window seats. I really appreciated how nature was interested integrated into the hotel design, in the restaurant, the second floor and the facade. The was lighting is played with throughout the property was very soothing. And last but not least, breakfast is truly 10/10 (I would come back just for the egg broth and the French toasts).

I don’t have anything negative to say and didn’t spot any area for improvement.

Modern, eco friendly hotel with great amenities: fitness center and public bath that was nearly empty whenever I used it. The 24 hr lounge room with Nespresso machine, water, and ice. Always welcoming staff. Walking distance to Tsukiji market and the train stations. Our hotel room was efficiently designed- the pocket door separates the bedroom from the front door and “open bathroom” space. The shower felt spacious and luxurious. We did use the dryer- what a bonus to have in the room! We chose the hotel for the location and price- and we’re really glad we stayed there for our entire Tokyo trip!

This was our first time with self-checkin and we had some trouble. Staff was there to immediately assist. But it was “different” to not have that personal connection with staff from having them check you in personally from the start. That seems to be the norm in Japan though- having technology assist with customer service as much as possible. But i’m sure people who are used to that prefer it so it’s not a criticism of the hotel.

Excellent hotel. A couple of suggestions: As there are 4 Mitsui Gardens, Millennium, Premier etc our taxi driver and us had trouble finding the correct one.Branding could differentiate the respective hotels Also the restaurant evening meal and breakfast were excellent, however they need a bay-marie for the poached eggs and toast would be nice

We booked a family room for 3 adults but the room has a triple bed. 🛌 A bit kinky so I had to take a second room for the night. We expected a queen and a single 🙂

We had a great couple of nights at the hotel which was well located and comfortable. The check in and out process was made very easy with the help of the staff. They held our bags for us until check in time & they had already taken them to our room for us when we returned. There is a break out area on level 2 which offers a lounge area with free coffee, ice and filtered water. There is a cafe and restaurant onsite which you can order room service from. Overall a great stay.

I appreciated the way they wanted to be sustainable! Customer service was great. Courtney in specific was so accommodating and patient. She has really helped us months before we checked in when we had booking issues! I appreciate the great service! Additionally the in unit washer and dryer was so unique and convenient!

I wish the check in process was more interactive. Some people might have a hard time with technology.
