New hotel, all facilities are new and had everything we needed in the room. Having the washing machine and dryer is a plus with our toddler, made it soo much easier. Location is great and convenient.

We stayed 8 days with the same Breakfast menu.

The property was new and clean and bright with efficient room layouts. We booked two rooms for our family: a corner room and a double room next door for our older children. Both rooms had laundry and seating areas. The corner room was large with a large bathroom and very comfortable bed. I particularly enjoyed the onsen, which I used in the early mornings. They also had excellent self-serve coffee in a second floor sitting area. We took advantage of the grab-and-go food in the cafe one morning. But the morning buffet at the top floor restaurant was especially excellent. We ate there twice during a four day stay.

Room though not big is well organised. So it doesn’t feel cramp. Toilet and shower room are both separated and decent sized. There is a bigger than normal fridge and freezer in the room and also a microwave. The washer/dryer is a bonus to the room. Bed is comfortable and firm like how we like it. There is a second floor lounge area where you can get ice, free Nespresso coffee and filtered water. We hung out there sometimes at night just to chit chat and have a coffee (they also carry decaf). They have public bath which is of decent sized. Can be nice to soak in after a long day of walking around. The train is within 3 mins walk. I will definitely consider staying there again for sure.

Though there is a washer/dryer, detergent doesn’t seem to be provided. Maybe you have to ask for it. I brought my own so I didn’t investigate more. But there is none in the room.

I booked room twin in the picture with the window and view but turns out the window is blurred and I cannot see anything from the window. I raised the case to the reception and they seems didn't care at all. It is what it is they explained. So maybe you can explain this type of room is without any view at all so we can manage our expectation. And remember this hotel is pretty strict and firm with they rules. No late check out even you stay there for 5 nights. They charge 2000 yen per hour

Great location near two train lines. Room was immaculate and an amazing size for Tokyo. It came with a microwave and washing machine which was really handy. Everything in the room was well done. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bath downstairs was a nice size. Gym was clean and handy. The hotel is pretty quiet although you can hear some lift and door noise.

I'd recommend the hotel invest in soft close doors as they make a racket when closing. There were also some customers who didn't respect the public bath etiquette, maybe more signs or introduction from staff is needed.

I loved the location of the hotel and how clean it was and the rooms were of a decent size for Japan. Staff were really friendly and facilities were excellent. The public bath was great and quite large and spacious.

I understand that being environmentally friendly is key - but the cleaning of the rooms every two days was a bit of a hassle as we kept on asking for fresh towels everyday. Also the ironing board was a communal one - which was located near the lifts on the floor which was a bit of a hassle.

This facility is brand new, having opened in September 2024. The public spaces are clean and well maintained. Made much use of the second floor lounge with its free coffee and water. My room was standard size by Japan standards, but had the added benefit of having a fridge, microwave and washer/dryer combo. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great in a quieter part of the city, right next to the Tsujiki Market, but with the benefit of being within blocks of four different subway lines.

We loved this hotel. We traveled with our 2 teenage children and they were able to accommodate 2 rooms next to each other. The rooms were clean, and nice size compared to Tokyo standards, and we loved the cafe on the first level. The location was ideal with the subway around the corner and the fish market a block away. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Tokyo. Bonus is that rooms include a refrigerator, microwave & washer/dryer combo that was super helpful for our family.
