Internet is fast (although no smart tv). Free flow unlimited Georgia coffee and ice in the lobby next to the reception was a plus point. Staffs were also very helpful. Hotel was close to 3 train stations. Taxi to Tokyo station and Ginza shopping street was around JPY 1500-1800. The hotel is right in the Tsukiji Market. I think it is an old but just got renovated hotel. Room was equipped with a washing machine & dryer so it is convenient for my 2 weeks trip. The room was also equipped with small kitchenette with a stove, a sink, a microwave and an electric kettle. Limited housekeeping didn't include carpet vacuuming and making the bed but kitchen and bath amenities including towel was supplied and trash was taken out daily. Also the room soundproofing worked well so a light sleeper like me can have a good sleep.

Breakfast was off-site and guest was handed out JPY 800 voucher per person per day and the voucher can be used all day at the foodcourt nearby (close at night), or a sushi restaurant at the Tsukiji market, or Hoshino coffee. Point to note, Hoshino staff was rude and not helpful at all. Room was 17 or 19 m2 (forget the detail), although bigger than most hotel in Tokyo with the same price range but feels a bit small and needs a special arrangement to open two 24" luggages at the same time, a bit inconvenient but I could manage the situation.

Great washing machine in the apartment itself. It's super handy when you are travelling for an extended period of time. The showers are hot and the water pressure is great. This is something that I think is underrated after a long day of travelling. The staff are also very kind and helpful. The refrigerator is very cold which is a plus for those who care about it.

The washing machine instructions are a little bit confusing but with Google Translate it's no problem. The bathroom door opens swinging out instead of in, making it difficult to navigate your room at times. The beds are alright.

The hotel is right near the Tsukiji market and has a very good connection for buses and metro. Nearby several convenience stores. The room is spacious and clean, and equipped with even more that we needed. Toiletries, vending machine, smoking room and complimentary coffee/tea 24hrs available on the ground floor. In the room there is a washing machine (after washing it even dries your clothes). I have to mention the well-known heated seat toilet/bidet facility as well :) The reception staff is very friendly and welcoming, they also advertised their culture, which I find exceptional. We booked a room with breakfast- which wasn't necessary, because there were several shops, small restaurants around- but anyway they gave us vouchers for every morning which we could have used in different places (mostly japanese style breakfast). You can choose to have only towels changed or towel and garbage change, and it is perfectly enough regarding the spotless cleanliness all around in the hotel.

Receptionist is very helpful even with the language barrier. Location is good it’s located in Tsukiji Market.

Rooms are small but it’s normal in Japan

It’s located in the Tsukiji market. Plenty of food available. Our room has washer cum dryer, microwave. It’s very convenient for longer stay.

There is no real window.

Price, amenities, location, cleanliness, convenience, room size. Water pressure for shower is great. In room washer/dryer is cherry on top. It is right at the heart of Tsukiji market so food is not a problem. It is also pretty close to Oedo, Hibiya, and Ginza subway line.

There was 2 nights where the sink smells a little bit funky. No deal breaker for me whatsoever. TV kinda too small but theres nothing of interest on TV anyway. Lastly the breakfast is 800yen coupon for several nearby food stalls or restaurants, which I feel abit inconvenient since if I have to go outside anyway.

Location: 1. The hotel is right in the midst of Tsukiji Market, if you would like to visit or have expensive seafood easily, this is the place to stay. 2. Hotel is accessible directly from Haneda Airport via train without having to transfer. 3. Right opposite to Honganji Temple that offer the viral 18 dish Japanese breakfast. 3. Walking distance to Ginza if you plan to visit spots like Age 3, Ginza Sand, Itoya Ginza or Uniqlo Ginza. Room: Well equipped kitchenette and comes with washer/dryer unit in the room. This help travelers if you would like to make something simple or heat up take out and not having to bring that much clothes for your trip.

Room is typical Japanese hotel size, where there is no room to move if you need to open up your suitcase. But if you will be staying here for your entire trip, you can manage with a smaller luggage since you can do laundry in your room.

The room was larger than most 'efficiency' hotels in Tokyo The cleaning staff was very good and accommodating. Location is very convenient although the sidewalks are so crowded at times with tourists. It is a bit loud in the early morning with traffic/truck deliveries to Tsukiji Market

The carpeting in the rooms, although most likely clean, appeared dirty and stained. Everything else in the room was good/as expected. They were doing some renovations during our stay, hopefully is is to update the rooms. I most likely would not do the "free" breakfast again. Upon check-in, we had to pay for an additional person in one of the rooms (I did not have it as 2 guests when booked and could not figure out how to update it prior to arriving). The additional fee/tax was not much but then they charged us for another 12 days of the "free" breakfast, which we did not need. * I did like that the food vouchers were for a variety of restaurants, all of which were good.

As always Japan staff and its population is very polite and friendly. Area is very good. Outside hotel have street food vendors. Convinient store and public transport within walking distance. Hotel provide in room laundry / drying. I booked this hotel because of this. Note: standard washing took ~30mins and drying took ~4hrs. So plan your laundry times accordingly Free coffee and ice machine at the lobby

Room is small and expensive for its size. But then again its Japan, everything is small and expensive XD. For Japan standard, price is consider cheap. Room housekeeping service is pay per service (if needed). Believed they done this to cut down the price. But price for room cleaning is acceptable

Clean and comfortable. Decent sized residential double room, with clever layout maximizing space, equipped with microwave and washer-dryer in the room (super convenient!). Firm bed but no issues for me. Thin pillows but also fine. Blinds instead of curtains. Bathtub and shower available. Located in the vicinity of the Tsukiji Fish Outer Market. Nearest metros within 5 mins walking distance. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Housekeeping didn't replenish my towels even though I put up the sign requesting it. Toilet always had a slightly bad smell coming from the pipes.
