Internet is fast (although no smart tv). Free flow unlimited Georgia coffee and ice in the lobby next to the reception was a plus point. Staffs were also very helpful. Hotel was close to 3 train stations. Taxi to Tokyo station and Ginza shopping street was around JPY 1500-1800. The hotel is right in the Tsukiji Market. I think it is an old but just got renovated hotel. Room was equipped with a washing machine & dryer so it is convenient for my 2 weeks trip. The room was also equipped with small kitchenette with a stove, a sink, a microwave and an electric kettle. Limited housekeeping didn't include carpet vacuuming and making the bed but kitchen and bath amenities including towel was supplied and trash was taken out daily. Also the room soundproofing worked well so a light sleeper like me can have a good sleep.

Breakfast was off-site and guest was handed out JPY 800 voucher per person per day and the voucher can be used all day at the foodcourt nearby (close at night), or a sushi restaurant at the Tsukiji market, or Hoshino coffee. Point to note, Hoshino staff was rude and not helpful at all. Room was 17 or 19 m2 (forget the detail), although bigger than most hotel in Tokyo with the same price range but feels a bit small and needs a special arrangement to open two 24" luggages at the same time, a bit inconvenient but I could manage the situation.

Location was perfect for Tsukiji Market, & tons of restaurants and stores. I loved that we had a washer/dryer in each room! Beds were comfy. Amenities were fantastic. Train station was nearby and easy to walk to.

When I tried to coordinate in advance a taxi to pick us up when we checked out, the front desk staff told me to just walk outside and hail one. But, I wanted to make sure we could find a taxi large enough for 5 of us and our luggage. So then she said it will be too costly. So when my SIL(who’s from Japan) came to pick us up, I had her ask the staff in Japanese. They seemed more willing to help her, but I couldn’t tell if it’s because the previous staff member couldn’t understand English as well. In the end, they called for 2 taxis since they can only hold up to 4 passengers at a time.

Great washing machine in the apartment itself. It's super handy when you are travelling for an extended period of time. The showers are hot and the water pressure is great. This is something that I think is underrated after a long day of travelling. The staff are also very kind and helpful. The refrigerator is very cold which is a plus for those who care about it.

The washing machine instructions are a little bit confusing but with Google Translate it's no problem. The bathroom door opens swinging out instead of in, making it difficult to navigate your room at times. The beds are alright.

The hotel is right near the Tsukiji market and has a very good connection for buses and metro. Nearby several convenience stores. The room is spacious and clean, and equipped with even more that we needed. Toiletries, vending machine, smoking room and complimentary coffee/tea 24hrs available on the ground floor. In the room there is a washing machine (after washing it even dries your clothes). I have to mention the well-known heated seat toilet/bidet facility as well :) The reception staff is very friendly and welcoming, they also advertised their culture, which I find exceptional. We booked a room with breakfast- which wasn't necessary, because there were several shops, small restaurants around- but anyway they gave us vouchers for every morning which we could have used in different places (mostly japanese style breakfast). You can choose to have only towels changed or towel and garbage change, and it is perfectly enough regarding the spotless cleanliness all around in the hotel.

The location was perfect as it is situated off the main road and down the street from the infamous Tsukiji fish market. The area surrounding the hotel has tons of open markets and shops right out the front door. Plently of places are walkable within 20 minutes. The Ginza area is full of beautiful handcrafted shops as well as any other shopping you might be interested in. A few museums were not far and the taxi's are literally steps away on the main road. The metro was also close by and not difficult to navigate. The airporter bus from Narita drops you at the Ginza station (C7) and was about 10-12 min away. From there can take a G-taxi or S.Ride directly to the hotel

If you're looking for morning breakfast (like breakfast included), there really isn't much of anything in the lobby other than vending machines. But step outside and you'll find all that you need.

Receptionist is very helpful even with the language barrier. Location is good it’s located in Tsukiji Market.

Rooms are small but it’s normal in Japan

Price, amenities, location, cleanliness, convenience, room size. Water pressure for shower is great. In room washer/dryer is cherry on top. It is right at the heart of Tsukiji market so food is not a problem. It is also pretty close to Oedo, Hibiya, and Ginza subway line.

There was 2 nights where the sink smells a little bit funky. No deal breaker for me whatsoever. TV kinda too small but theres nothing of interest on TV anyway. Lastly the breakfast is 800yen coupon for several nearby food stalls or restaurants, which I feel abit inconvenient since if I have to go outside anyway.

The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest train station, making it super convenient to explore neighborhoods like Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Asakusa. There were also convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which made everything easier. The room was compact (as expected in Tokyo), but immaculately clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the bathroom came with high-tech features like a Japanese bidet toilet and a deep soaking tub. Daily housekeeping was reliable and detail-oriented

It’s located in the Tsukiji market. Plenty of food available. Our room has washer cum dryer, microwave. It’s very convenient for longer stay.
