location relatively spacious washing machine cooking facilitates

-I found hair in the supposed-to-be clean towel -cooking facilities and basic kitchen are great but no detergent supplied -the washing machine is handy but the drying function doesn’t really work. -there are always water on the floor near the drainage in shower room -leaving luggage after check out feels a bit insecure - leave it at the unmanned lobby counter with surveillance cameras

Complete facilities for families to travel. Washing machine, kitchen, TV. The location was perfect too! Fairly close to the station, and lots of convenience store and vending machines.

Complete with microwave, cooking items, fridge, TV, washing machine, umbrella, and ironing items.

The spinning washing machine was loud.

Close to Metro Station, parks & shops. It is very quiet & friendly neighbor.

Quite small for a family. 3 person would be ok.

Superb bathroom and location was perfect the tv was excellent and we used our Netflix to watch English films etc. we were allowed to check in earlier than schedule which was very kind.

Fridge didn’t work, the coffee table and large swivel chair were a waste of space. The kitchen crockery and utensils was poor only one bowl no plates just side plates. We reported the issue with the fridge but the reply said it still ,worked but was old. Our milk only lasted 2 days before going off and we took cereal and teabags to have every morning. I couldn’t get the cooker rings to work and there were no English instructions. Also there were no English instructions for the washing machine. We were given a ground floor room so we had to keep the curtains closed as people passing could see in. Some walls were depressing as just concrete finish.

Good conditions.

The condition out side of the hotel is not clean.
