Towels and robes delivered daily with regular room cleaning (indicated on TV menu screen). Bed is comfortable and fairly spacious room. Toiletries are fully supplied. Staff are super friendly and can speak English. Laundry and microwave all on level 2

The shower head is positioned in a way that if you have the water on too high it will collect on the top of the tub and fall onto the floor. I recommend having the pressure low then increasing once inside the shower. TV has plenty of movies however no English subtitles which means you can’t understand movies in another language and TV is pretty quiet regardless

Very comfy room (bed, mattress, pillow, etc), the shower was great with plenty of amenities available. The location was the best, very quiet place, nice and clean surroundings. There's the Kabuki theater, Fish Market, many shops, restaurants and coffeeshops. The ramen (on the corner with the big road) and sushi place (just across the big road) were a gem.

Hard to say, I stayed in another location with APA Hotel and regret it. I believe the room are quite small, if you're a big person will be a bit in trouble. I'd recommend to the hotel remove the fridge from the room (didn't use for anything) and add some drawers instead. Or at least, give an option with fridge or extra storage for the guests.

Check-in was easy despite my late arrival. The room had a queen bed, and it is great if you travel alone. The bedding was clean and comfortable. They clean the room every 2 days, but every day the hotel provided extra towels, coffee, toiletries, and a fresh yukata. There are on-site laundry and dryer machines, but you need to provide the detergent. The position is great: 5 minutes by walk from the Tsukiji Fish Market and 20 minutes from Ginza center. There is a bus stop nearby (£1 per ride) that stops in Ginza if you don't want to walk. Plenty of places to eat (cheap).

They do not have an ATM inside the hotel.

The room was not very big but in line with Japanese standards. There is a lot of space under the bed to store luggage. Towels and yukata were changed every day but room cleaning was every 3 days. The room came with a mini fridge and all toiletries. Location was amazing, walking distance from many bus, rail, and metro stations. In front of the hotel there was a 24-hour Seven Eleven and a lot of local restaurants. The bed was comfy and had a selection of 4 different pillows.

No ATM at the hotel.

This property was a great option for spending a few nights. Rooms are basic and not perfectly clean but comfortable and had everything you need. Location was convenient- walking distance from Ginza and the trains are so easy and convenient to anywhere in Tokyo, the train station was about 8 minute walk from this hotel and very easy to navigate (with the help of Google maps!!) The hotel is opposite a 7 11 convenience store which has lots of food options which is great if you arrive late in the evening etc. We also walked to Team Labs Planets from here which only took around 30 minutes and was such a beautiful walk. Hotel was quiet.

I asked for a quiet room and they put me in a very quiet one. Even near a hospital, it was very restful sleeping. The room combined individual temperature control and a default monitor screen provided detailed room information such that the front desk never needed to be contacted, but was always staffed if something did arise. If you are a sushi fan, this is your spot as it is within walking distance to the Tsukiji market and a short subway ride to the Toyosu market. Easy walking distance to two subway stations.

The daily amenity package of more towels and yukata seems to go against the hotel's environmentally responsible claim. Most hotels only replace towels when you ask to save on water/electricity. Also, interesting that the toilet makes lots of noises and resets itself every time you turn on the bathroom light. May have just been the specific model of toilet because we didn't notice this at a different APA hotel.

The hotel is located around Tsukiji metro station, which is a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The underground station is a 7-min walk away. Next to the hotel there are two 24-hour shops. The room is not that big but perfectly equipped - tv, air con, hair dryer, fridge, alarm clock is at your use. Cleaning stuff comes every 3 days, but they leave you a bag with fresh towels on a daily basis. It's possible to leave your bags at the reception for a while after check out time if you need that.

Size of the room is pretty small and it feels a little bit suffocating at times. But as soon as I only came to sleep spending most of the time outside exploring Tokyo, that wasn't a big problem

The hotel is in a really great location, close to restaurants, bars, laundromats, and convenience stores all around. The staff is very professional and nice, willing to help and give advice. You can also borrow an umbrella if you encounter a rainy day.

In my opinion, the room cleaning could be on a slightly higher level. Additionally, the cleaning process was a bit loud in the morning. I don't think it has anything to do with the staff; rather, it's related to the doors and overall soundproofing of the rooms. No biggie.

Quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. Very convenient location if you have family staying at St Luke's hospital. Walking distance to plenty of shopping, restaurants and public transportation. The staff was very compassionate about us changing plans last minute once we found out our son would discharge from the hospital earlier than expected.
