The apartment was beautiful, clean, roomy and well appointed. We have small children so we appreciated having a washer and dryer. We enjoyed staying in the area as it’s right next to the markets and also it’s a peaceful area, but close to train stations and the lovely Ginza district.

There is no service included with the booking - for example we needed to take out our own rubbish, and wash our own towels (tricky with small kids as they take hours to dry). We requested extra towels and had to pay for them. If you entered the building after a certain time, staff asked you to enter a pin to let yourself in, even if they were still at the reception desk. These little things make a difference, especially as it was quite expensive to hire the apartment. I think they could have included some basic services and not charged you extra for anything additional you needed. Aside from that our stay was great.

Location is excellent if you like seafood :) its literally right next to Tsukiji market building but just a few steps away from busy areas. You can walk the streets and visit restaurants in the mornings and evenings when its not crowded. Few metro stations on different lines and excellent coffee place in about 10 minute walk. Happy hour on Saturday with free drinks.

We had low floor and noise from shops prepping for market day at 5 AM was significant, so ask for high floor if possible. No breakfast.

Very comfortable room with two twins and two bunks, a little cozy with bags on the floor but better than at many Japanese hotels. Loved the washer/dryer, and the fridge/freezer and kitchenette. We loved the little touches like filtered drinking water with a carafe to use, and a hot water kettle, microwave and toaster. The amenities guide and recommendations were also excellent and the staff were super. Location was convenient to bus lines and a few minutes to the subway. the Tsukiji outer market was just around the corner with many delicious offerings. My daughter passed her birthday while we were staying at Section L and the staff made up a very lovely gift for her. That is the attention to detail they show!

Nothing to criticize about the property; in future I might try a different Section L location as Tsukiji is just a bit far from some other areas of Tokyo.

The room is pretty spacious to accommodate 3 people and even to pack our own 4 travel cases+2 additional that we had to buy to pack all our purchases)) Room, bathroom is very clean even the kitchen corner very clean, no sticky surfaces or kitchen supplies. The room has everything you need for comfortable stay! Hotel staff is sincerely friendly and helpful. The area is 15 min walk from Ginza. A choice of traditional restaurants around. There are small resto like for 3-4 people and classic Japanese restaurants with gorgeous fresh sushi.

No cafe with European breakfast close to hotel. Closest Starbucks approx 10 min walk

Love the location. The room was also very spacious for a family of five two adults, two kids and one infant. the room had everything we needed. It had a washer and dryer with a heat dryer function. The staff was also very friendly and there was also someone in the lobby 24/7. On Saturdays they had a happy hour and give us some good drinks. The location was great and we plan on staying there again the next time we are in Japan. Only one improvement worth mentioning is that the room did not have a vacuum cleaner to clean up small messes created by the kids. The room did have a small rolling device that would pick up small dirt using adhesive style paper. It also had a mop, but we didn't end up using it. Room had all the soap we needed to wash clothes and for showers. They also provided toothbrushes and toothpastes and razor blades upon request. Excellent hotels for families.

Excellent location. The property is about a block from Tsukiji Market. Lots of street vendors, shops and great food. Very near train station. Safe area day and night. There is a really great Ramen restuarant two block away and several family marts and 7-11's nearby.

There is a washer/dryer combo right in your room, which is great but be prepared to wait. These are not what you are used to if you live in the United States. The dryer portion will take HOURS to dry the clothes. You are better off using a coin laundry if you are in a rush.

Apart from excellent customer service, our room has decent size for a traveler of 3 and the hotel has provided us with supplies of toiletries, cleaning tools, laundry soap, room and linen spray and dish washing - no need to spend time in getting all these yourself. I also like that it has a separate toilet, a separate bath area and sink/washing area. Each of us can do things separately so getting ready was faster. One can be busy in the toilet, while one is taking a bath and the other one is brushing teeth/doing makeup.

Apartment is located in the middle of Tsukiji market area which makes it lively and exciting. Great small restaurants and eateries around, multiple metro stations in walking distance. Staff is very kind and helpful, the apartment is clean and well equipped (English manual available for all gadgets). Rooms size is spacy, bed is very comfortable and wifi works well.

During the night there was slight noise coming from the street as market vendors were packing their boxes (not significant noise). Otherwise it's a perfect place to stay in Tokyo if you need an apartment and a little bigger space than a tiny hotel room.
