the room is great for a single traveller. The single room is perfect with enough space for a medium size luggage and the table is great for girls and doing their skincare, makeup and even eating. the location is absolutely a great spot with a lawson below for quick bites and a restaurant to eat in the morning and afternoon. a denny's nearby for dinner if you have not gotten any food after a long day out. Very near tokyo and ginza station if you need to travel out.

the room can get a bit dusty and musky when you off the aircon after come back after a long day. but you can open the window for fresh air if you would like to, just open it correctly. no view from my room, but understandable as it might be facing another building or house.

It was accessible, with two nearby stations and lines. It was easy to go around. The staff are helpful, there is an ice machine and microwave on the 4th floor as well. There’s a lawson on beside the building also. The bed is comfortable, and I appreciate that they clean the room everyday. The bathroom is compact, but has everything I needed. It was a nice accommodation to go back to at the end of a tiring day :)

I stayed in non-smoking single double bed room. it was very small room but equipped with all necessary amenities plus tiny but good enough for short stay refrigerator. I was satisfied overall.

I did not like hearing commotions of room cleaning service and checking out time from floor aisle through the door. I wish the room has better sound sealing on the door.

Rooms were pristine with very attentive cleaning and reception staff at the hotel. Loved that the cleaning staff always came by with clean towels, slippers, and green tea.

My room for one guest actually smelled of sewage from the bathroom despite how clean it was. I could never find the source. Also, I wish the pillow was more comfortable. I was only given one and it felt like a cross between a bean bag and some stuffing. The ratio was more beans than stuffing.

The location was perfect! Just across Shintomicho station and 2 mins walk from tsukiji station. Less than 10 mins walk to tsukiji outer market! Just a couple minutes away from Ginza. Couldn't ask for a better location than this hotel. The room was small but enough for 1 big, 1 medium, 1 small suitcase and 1 baby stroller😌. The cleanliness was top notch!

I think the check out time was a bit early, but i don't know if it's the common policy in Japan.

The room was nicely sized for 3 people and the staff was very helpful, they even held onto our luggage for us before we checked in so we didn't have to carry it around all day. There was a convience store right next door, so that made food and drinks very accessible.

The only strange thing about the room was the layout of the bathroom. The switch for the light was in a strange location that was a little hard to locate and opening the door really blocked off a chunk of the room. We had a corner room designed for 3 people, so this might be why the layout was a little odd.

Free Pyjamas and Slippers, very good cleaning service, staff is nice, and the location incredibly good.

Stuff helped me with broken suitcase. Everything was smooth and efficient.

The walls of the room are quite thin, and it could be noisy. Iv'e been in the room near elivator, and was bothered by its working mechanizem. Also Iv'e been at 11th floor, but there was no view, as they but something to prevent me seeing anything outside.

Really friendly staff, great location so close to two train stations. Walking distance to heaps of restaurant choices.

Only 1 lift, could take a while to get up and down from the 11th floor. Other guests on either side of us were quite noisey and the fire station across the road was noisey at times too.

Location is perfect.2 min near Shintomichō Sta. and 4 min Tsukiji sta.

Only One thing I can call unpleasant experience, because the hotel is located above the metro line, lying in bed you feel a little dizzy. I stayed on the 3rd floor, maybe on other floors it feels different.
