The apartments are well set out, spacious enough for the 3 of us to be comfortable and everything is provided for a great stay. Minutes walk from the train station and plenty of convenience stores and grocery stores as well as many little local eating spots. Complimentary pod coffees in the morning were great !! Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only fault I could find was when we went to cook some eggs and could not use the frypan as it was warped and did not lay flat on the cooking surface. But, we got around this by just cooking our eggs in the microwave and using the toaster oven for toast etc.

The place is very quiet. There is a small supermarket beside the Hotel and a pharmacy. There are a few places to eat in the surrounding area. There is also a lawson nearby and a 7/11 a few blocks away. The staff is very nice. Than washer dryer is very convenient as well. We usually do our laundry at night before sleeping then it will be ready in the morning. I just have to do another round of drying because the clothes doesn’t dry in 2 hours when it is set to wash-dry, it usually takes 4 hours to dry. The bed is comfortable as well and the full kitchen is also very good. The rice cooker though, takes 60min to cook rice

Our washing machine keeps on doing an error at drying. But it can be resolved by turning it off then on again like 3 times

Location was close to 3 different stations, close to a convenience store and supermarket, with little cafes and izakayas nearby. It was very easy to speak with all staff as they were all english speakers. They were all very helpful and pleasant. Coffee station and happy our were nice touches. In my 6 day stay I only saw other guests once (while they were checking in), otherwise it was super quiet and peaceful. Room was well equipped, instructions all in english. Personal preference: i loved the pillow and bed! Now I want to get the same!

Room was perfect. It has everything we need. Super clean n spacious for 2 pax. In terms of room quality n amenities, this property is top in our list. Plus there is a very good n fresh origini shop just across. Very near supermarket. Staff is very kind n helpful. Photos were accurate.

Although it is just one stop from Tokyo on JR. The walk to keiyo platform is way too long to change line... almost 1km. Realised, it is better to travel on Met n change to Hibiya line to get to hatchobori.

Great location; adjacent to Ginza in a quiet residential neighbourhood. I booked this hotel because of the washer/dryer in each suite. The kitchenette also came in handy for reheating food/fixing breakfast. The hotel provides umbrellas outside the lobby - a thoughtful touch during a cold rainy spring; much better than having to bring a wet umbrella in to one’s room.

The trade off is that there is no room service or housekeeping. However, I was willing to make this trade off for privacy and to “live like a local” in Tokyo for two weeks in a clean, stylish, thoughtfully furnished room. We kept the room tidy for our own personal comfort.

Unfortunately, there was construction happening right in front of the hotel so we were woken up every day at around 8:30. I understand this isn't the hotel's fault, but given the price, it was pretty frustrating. Also, my husband was working here and the WiFi wasn't fast enough to have a smooth Zoom call. It was fine for everything else though.

It felt like we were living among locals. There are many local restaurants around the area that aren't pretentious and easy to get to. Also, Ginza shopping strip is about 30 min walk, we loved the area and the staff was super friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

There was construction happening right next door, which was a bit noisy during the days we stayed in. Also the beds are on the firmer side, and if you're a side sleeper you'll be tossing all night.

Fantastic and quiet location near Ginza & Tokyo station. 5 mins walk to Hatchobori station which made travelling around Tokyo easy. Washer dryer worked well so we can bring less clothes. Front desk was helpful and spoke good English so that's helpful as well. Supermarket and various convenience stores, restaurants around so perfect if you want to eat in.

It's rather small for us even though we have 2 kids and 2 adults and for the price of $300 to $400 a night not the most affordable option.

We like the size of the room. It is very spacious. And it is comfortable for 2 people to move around the room without knocking into each other. There’s adequate space for our luggages and bags. Plenty of hangers to hang up our clothes and coats. There is a washer cum dryer for our laundry. All instructions for operating the electrical appliances and washer are easy to understand. Bowls, cups and utensils are more than adequate for us to use. Kettle, toaster and microwave serve us well. The twin Queen size beds, pillows and comforter/blanket are very very comfortable for a good night rest. The room is spotlessly clean. Oh yes, there’s a freezer compartment below the fridge. Could be useful for some guests. Not to forget, there’s a safe box with lock too. And much more… Thank you for making our stay so memorable. (We stayed 5 nights). Ps. Sorry, we lost some photos. Could have shared more.

There’s nothing we do not like here. Love everything here 10/10! Please expand to other cities.

I like everything in the room feeling just like home. It is big enough and smartly designed. Staff are friendly and helpful (especially Victoria). 3 different brands of convenience stores are nearby and there is a supermarket too! Location is good as it is just a few minutes walk to Hatchobori Station Exit A2 (elevator). I hope to stay here again in my next trip to Tokyo.
