After staying for almost two weeks, I highly recommend Hotel Vintage. The rooms are very big (even bigger than most hotels I have stayed at in Australia), so they are perfect for families, large groups, or anyone who doesn’t want to be cramped. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I really like the location, because it’s central for everything I wanted to see, but isn’t crowded right outside the hotel. There is also a konbini next door, and plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk. I also found the price was very reasonable, especially for the size of the room. Many other hotels were charging as much or more for a room that barely fit a single person. Highly recommended, and thank you to everyone working here!

The staff was really nice. The room was surprisingly spacious and modern, huge bathroom with an japanese shower. 2 nice big beds and a coach which can be used as bed which was very comfortable. 5 minute walk to get to the nearest station which brings you to the key locations. A Lawson supermarket next to the hotel, perfect for some snacks and cold drinks. Would immediately come back, really enjoyed the stay

Only thing i didnt line were the bed pillows, these were extremely hard. But this is only a personal preference, some like the pillows to be hard, some like them hard. Other then that the place was perfect

Very comfortable bed. There are 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed. All of them are very comfortable. For its size, it still caters 2 adults snuggily. Like the fact that the toilet is opened for us. The bath area is comfortable, and love the fact that we can soak in the bathtub after a long day walking. The inside of the hotel is quite big. You will be able to open 2 large luggages comfortably. Pajamas, toothbrushes, microwave (at the entrance), and sleepers provided. There is Lawson open 24hr exactly right next to the hotel. The coin laundry is about 5 minutes walking away. The place is quiet, but not far from the main street. Very safe, as all japan area are. The reception is very welcoming. All and all, we enjoy staying in Vintage Hotel and definitely will be back again. Thank you!

Nothing major, but the pillow is quite thin. It would be great if there's extra pillows provided 😊

Staff are lovely and very helpful. Nisha helped with questions before our trip and Marika helped while we were there. We arrived at night after reception hours but it was no problem figuring out the check in process and they provide a 24hr number in case of difficulty. Short walk to the train station. Quiet area. Laundry place 5 mins walk. Beds are very comfortable and the room is a great size for Tokyo (there were 3 adults plus luggage and it was ok). There is a small balcony with chair which was too hot to sit there for our stay but I imagine would be nice in cooler weather. I appreciated that they supply amenities like free toothbrush, hairbrush etc as I forgot mine! Lovely shower and Shiseido shampoo/conditioner. New decor and clean. Reception is small but has an area to sit and read the guides for places to go, train station, laundry directions and how to call a taxi. And a place to store luggage. Lawsons right next door is very convenient and sells decent food, fruit, drinks and amenities.

FYI the walk to Ginza takes 15+ mins and you need Google maps to figure out the way. We didn't realise that nothing in Ginza opens until 11am (except a few restaurants - I can recommend Bills!). Nowhere around the hotel to go for breakfast tea before 11am. Easy enough to hop on the train or get a taxi but would be nice to have something closer. Pillows are comfortable but firmer (beans inside?) so if you like a soft pillow you may struggle. Our room was on 3/F so it was a little dark inside in the day but for us it wasn't a problem as we were outside all day and only slept and showered there.

Room is spacious and stylishly designed. We took time to appreciate the thoughtful details that went into the design which we liked very much. It was such a comfortable and welcoming space to return to after a long day out. We had 2 double beds and a sofa bed which were all comfortable to sleep in. We appreciated the generous number of electrical sockets provided, compared to other hotels. This space was a rejuvenating place for us after staying in a very cramped room in our previous location. The Lawson next door was a plus point too.

While there were several stations nearby, the walk to any of them were slightly longer than we would have liked (ideal walking time would be less than 10 mins).

Lots of space to spread out and relax, comfy beds, little balcony and opening windows for fresh air, quiet, very private (only one room per floor), quite close to a few subway stations and walkable to train station. The little fridge was handy. We really liked the hotel and it was an ideal base for our 4 night stay in Tokyo.

A few more coffee sachets and some teas would have been nice (and teaspoons!), but a minor thing

Right next to Lawson. Location is not far from Tokyo station. We took cab to/from Tokyo station and didn't cost much. The room is clean but the cleaning only done once during our 4 night stay. The staff is very kind. My younger son had upset stomach and he threw up in the middle of the night. The bedsheets and everything got soiled. The staff changed the new bedsheets and cover the next morning. The 2 queen size beds and even sofa bed are comfortable.

Kitchen appliances (except kettle) and washing machine are not available. Only provided 4 small water bottles for our 4 night stay and that's it. The request to change for new bedsheets can be done the next day around 10am.

Great family room which sleeps 4 comfortably. Staff at reception were very helpful, allowing us to store luggage on check-in day, and ensuring our bags were collected by courier service after we had checked out. It's in a quiet neighbourhood.aout 5min from a busy street with restaurants and shops and 10min from the nearest subway station (Hatchobori).

You can hear the people in the room above if they're clomping around, although there are signs to be mindful of other guests.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from the city and train stations. Each room is equivalent to one floor, ensuring privacy and enough space for the guest. Wooden floors offer timeless beauty and warmth, while windows and a balcony provide fresh air whenever the guests want it.

Nothing, the place is perfect for us. Even the staff and service are okay.

Great boutique Hotel for 2-3 persons, each room takes up the entire buildings floor, with 3 beds available in each room, includes easy to use bathroom and a good balcony with chair. There is an AC and floor heating for Tokyo cold nights. Bring the correct power adapter(110v). The room has only the 2 prongs type power outlet(not 3), plus 1 usb-A outlet next to the available outlets. There is a small fridge to full it up from the convenience store next to the hotel(Lawson). The Reception Ladies are darling of this facility, always there till 5pm to greet you and resolve any concerns you may have. They can also hold your luggage on check-in and check-out days till 5 pm. Room cleaning is on every 4th day of your stay. Trash pickup daily before 10 am placed outside your room.

We didn't like the pillows. I hope they change to normal pillow next time. I'm also not clear if there is self check-in after 5pm. I hope to get some clear info on that part. The couch bed didn't include a normal pillow or a worthwhile blanket for the 3rd person. Hope this improves.
