The staff was friendly and professional. The room and bathroom were clean. The location is good, but expect a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station.

In general, the hotel felt very cramped. The rooms were very small. If you are uncomfortable with closed spaces or have claustrophobia, I would recommend that you reconsider staying here. Having to scan your room key each time you ride the elevator is also quite bothersome.

You book an APA hotel because you want to experience it at least once. For how small it is, it is incredibly comfortable, cosy, and every little detail has been well thought out to maximise the comfort in such a small space! The staff were incredibly friendly, and held our bags for us (they even placed a towel under our bag so that it wouldn't get dirty!)

Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable room, clean. It was a good area to be in, walking distance to Ginza area and Tsukji. Great food and coffee around the area as well. It wasn't what seemed a busy area so was also quiet, even during Golden Week.

Amazing location, close to the train station while not too far away in terms of walking distance to major shopping centers in Ginza.

Would have been nice to have a laundry machine on site. Generally not an issue but the single elevator can slow down when a lot of people are using it.

Great location! Easy train access to the train line that takes you to Tokyo Disney, but also very close to Tokyo Station (great shinkansen and airport access). A bit expensive for a short stay in a small room, but that's Tokyo in general. Just be careful, there's another APA Hotel about two blocks from this one so just be mindful you have the right one when searching for the hotel in Google maps.

There was a half-drunk water bottle on the ledge at the head of the bed left from the previous person in our room. It was partially hidden by the curtain, but still it casts doubt on how well the room was cleaned between stays (even though it seemed pretty clean otherwise)

Very good standards of cleanness, staff was very polite and helpful, all you need at a walking distance of the hotel, and finally all we needed was provided. Overall a very pleasant surprise

The space was maximised, room amenities were great, location is very convenient and very safe area.

Double room was small as they are in Tokyo - I was supposed to share with a friend but she cancelled so I had the room all to myself and glad I did. It would have been too small otherwise. But great for a solo traveller or a not too big couple.

It was clean and comfortable. There were helpful signs in English along with the Japanese directions for things, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The reception staff were lovely and one gentleman assisted us with our TA-Q-BIN which was a straightforward process. Some people might find the room small but we thought it was a comfortable size, not big but not too small either. We had two large suitcases that fitted neatly under the bed.

rooms absolutely small. no place to keep the luggage. noise from the beside room is audible too. the WIFI is limited to hotel room and not in the lobby too.

the hotel building is new and very clean. Room size is alright for a couple (small size is understandable, common in Tokyo). Staff are accommodating and friendly. Ranged amenities are available in ur room (more complete than some other higher star hotels). Location are super great, in central heart of Tokyo, close to 2 station lines, and also not too far from Tsukiji on foot. Will consider to stay here again when visit JP.
