The room is simple and very comfortable, great value for money. The bed was clean and comfortable, the shower had excellent pressure and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The room cleaning was a lovely service with clean towels. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use.

The rooms are not fully sound proof and I could hear neighbours moving banging their bags around.

The hotel is decently close to a couple subway stations which was really nice! If I remember correctly, it was just around 10min walking to the Asakusa line where you can directly hop on the Narita Sky Access line (and it's early enough on the line that it wasn't super crowded by other people with suitcases when I went!) The room is super simple but has everything you need and the bed is a nice size. (Also it was super soft and comfortable!) I will 100% be staying again!

Nothing in particular! Great stay that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend especially if you're like me and just need a place to stay before an early morning flight. If anything I think the door might've been a bit thin? I think I heard some noise from outside (my room was right in front of the elevator) but I was also dead tired so I knocked out pretty quick.

The location was good, the beds were comfortable, and we really liked the shower. It is hard to find a shower that you can easily step into while traveling in Tokyo. That was the main reason we chose this hotel, due to traveling with my elderly mom. We were pleased!

Room wa sufficient for our trip. Bed was a bit small, but did the job. For some reason the bed is on wheels and does not feel very sturdy. Hotel was clean, had a dryer and laundry machine in the lobby as well as a microwave. Shower and toilet were seperate which is a bonus. Location is good, close to metro station or Ginza district.

My sister and I booked this hotel for our 2 week stay in Japan and we stayed here when we were in Tokyo. It's a close walk to all the Ginza shops and there are plenty of subway stations that are super close by. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was a bit too small for my sister and me but overall it was a great stay.

Our stay was in the beginning of September so it was super hot and humid which can make the room feel muggy. There is an air humidifier and AC in the room but it can still feel humid and hot at times.

Lovely staff, could not have had better service - my first night the receptionist drew a map to his favourite ramen place as I didn't have phone service until the following day. Extremely clean, well maintained property. Beautiful location - six minute walk and two stops from Tokyo station.

Room was a bit small for two people in two single beds but perfectly fine for our needs. Would have appreciated maybe a small desk or table just to store bags and other small items but hardly the biggest complaint.

Amazing location, you can get anywhere within 30minutes, there are a lot of metro stations around. The stuff was very helpful and cheerful. Keep in mind that the rooms are pretty small, however you get a private bathroom and a fridge for this price. I would definetly choose this hotel once again :) Loved it!

There were only 4 hangers for 2 people, if you could add some hangers and maybe a shelf it would be wonderful :)

Hotel and staff were amazing!! Easy check in and out, however, there is not a lot of food or drink within 5/10 min walking distance but not the hotels fault. The hotel itself is a 10/10 for sure but maybe 8/10 cause of lack of restaurants but would definitely stay here again.

The staff are extremely nice and helpful with getting me checked in and out, plus holding my luggage. The freedoms to come and go was easy, plus just having one card key was convenient. The property is easy to spot.

The bed takes up more than half the space, so I had little space to organize my luggage. The AC was blowing in one space and not distributing well. Everything was a 11 minute walk to a station, but that’s just my own planning.

Clean, comfy, everything that you would like to have. Balcony with a view. Really good location near all the Tokyos most liked attractions, parks and tourist places. Good local food on every corner, small shops nearby.

Maybe would be nice to have room clening everyday.
