We loved this hotel. It’s perfect for people that want to stay in a calm, beautiful area. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious! The room was also very big for Japan. The hotel is also situated in a beautiful park.

The beds were a bit hard, but not as bad as you can have it in Japan. I’d say if you want a soft bed go elsewhere, but if you’re fine with a bit of firmness you’ll do fine! As for the location, we loved it but it is quite far from the main JR line, so it was regularly 30-40 minutes from the main tourist activities. This isn’t a problem if you’re okay with taking multiple trains or doing taxis.

Good location, next to Tokyo Tower, the hotel is an old building but still classy. Very spacious room for Japan standard.

Most of the personnel speaks a very basic english, the only reception desk clerk who was able to really communicate and was ready to help was a girl named Lee. The relation quality vs price of the hotel itself is okay, but the price of the bar was pretty expensive even for a 5 star hotel.

The city views we had were amazing. Everything felt luxury

It isn’t close to many main lines but still close to a subway station. The room service American breakfast was a small portion not worth the price but the Japanese style room service breakfast was filling

Great value and location. Comfortable, clean and nice hotel. The cot is fantastic and high chairs for young kids.

Breakfast line was too long. The hotel is a little dated

The hotel was properly maintained although marks of time visible in some areas. Breakfast was ok but with quite long queue every morning and limited choice. Our room was quite comfortable albeit a light smell of smoke, and quite large for Tokyo’s standards, with a stunning view on the Tokyo Tower. Price was quite competitive compared to other 5-star options.

The location is lovely for the view on the Tokyo Tower but not very convenient for sightseeing. Staff were nice but not at the extend you would expect from a 5-star hotel

Good view of Tokyo tower.

A little old and outdated when compared to larger chains like Hilton, Sheraton, etc.especially for the price Breakfast was very underwhelming for the price. Not very close to main train stations. Expect to use Uber or taxis to get around for the most part

We like the ambience of the place, comfort, cleanness, room size and amenities, stunning view, breakfast, AC which we can regulate. Staff is professional and attentive. There are many different restaurants on the spot and convenience store even it’s a long walk as the property is huge. Excellent value for money.

Location is ok and metro station is near by but from ginza we have to change 3 lines which is not an issue but still requires additional efforts 😊 we would prefer if spa and onsen was closer to the hotel rooms.

The property was extremely clean, staff was extremely helpful, we got the premier lounge perks and they made the experience even better!! This hotel was a 10/10 and I can’t wait to come back!!! P.S: Buy the breakfast with the room, the buffet is worth it!👍

Nothing it was perfect!
