Comfortable and great location, and self check in was straight forward :) Great amenities provided, especially the washer/dryer - just remember to bring your own laundry detergent. Everything was very clean!

There is no elevator and very narrow hallways, so if you're not on the first floor be prepared to carry your suitcases! It was a bit hard to find with Google Maps, but after looking at the map with satellite view, I realised the entrance was just around the corner :)

It's located near one of the main train lines in Tokyo, which makes it easy to get around the city and to get back in case you need to rest before going out again. There are several convenience stores nearby and a supermarket is also within walking distance so there's enough places to get food and essentials in case you need it. The room is comfortable and has enough space for three people if you don't have a lot of luggage.

We stayed on the third floor so it's not ideal if you have a lot of luggage with you because the stairway is quite narrow.

This hotel is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, despite its proximity to the train tracks. I appreciated how smooth and straightforward the check-in and check-out process was. This is a self check-in/check-out hotel, and I appreciated the host's responsiveness. While the space is compact, it had everything we needed: a small kitchen with utensils, a washing machine, refrigerator, plenty of towels, and fresh linens. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay here.

Being near the train tracks, I could occasionally hear the walls vibrate as trains passed by, but it wasn’t too disruptive. The room for three people was a bit cramped, my friends couldn’t fully open their luggage on the floor. The WiFi didn’t work properly, even after following the host’s instructions. Fortunately, the host was kind enough to let us use the WiFi from the neighboring unit.

The hotel is quiet central and easy to reach . It has all the essentials for a short stay.

It is very small so there is not much space to open the bags in the room and the bed vibrates eveytime a train pass by.

It is very close to Takadanobaba station which is very convenient, and everything was clean.

It is very small. I lived on the 3rd floor but there is no elevator, so the walk up at the end of a long day kills me a little. If you want to live here, don’t bring more than a backpack.

Location is convenient, a few mins walk to the Tokyo metro and JR stations. Many stores and eateries around. The room is bright, clean and has everything we needed. It’s good value for the price for 3 people in Tokyo.

The hotel is self service and has no elevator. The room is small, beds are very close to each other and quite difficult to walk. Early in the morning and at night, you can hear and feel passing trains but soon you’ll get used to it.

Accommodation located near station Takadanobaba. A good starting point for exploring Tokyo. We were three people and had no space problems because we were travelling with hand luggage only. Accommodation has everything you need (washing machine, fridge, …). 7/11 located nearby. Staff was super friendly and helped us with some questions.

The accommodation is good isolated but you can still hear the metro trains. Bring earplugs. As the metro is on hold by night in Tokyo, we could sleep well.

This was my second time staying in this hotel and I really like it. It’s perfect for groups of 3 but I do wish they had other options too. The location is amazing as it’s on the Yamanote line. Price is amazing for 3 people in Tokyo, such good value for money and I’ll definitely come back again.

The room we were in this time had the only sink outside the bathroom. Rooms are a little small but it’s good for city breaks if you don’t intend to spend much time in the room. You can hear and feel the trains, so if you are a light sleeper it’s not suitable but it was fine for us.

Self check in

At check-in, even though I selected English when prompted to imput my job, the keyboard was set to Japanese sooo it was impossible. Ended up just scribbling something. The hotel would be a 10 if it just had a storage room for luggage in case ones flight is delayed or if needed to arrive a bit earlier, we can still take advantage of exploring the city.

Location, bathroom, quite neighborhood, autonomy, appliances.

The air conditioning was not working properly. Slight noise was produced from the trains passing by.
