It is right at the center of the city and not very far from the train station. Bed was comfortable and it got everything you need( utensils)

There’s cold air coming in thru the door so felt like the room is always cold. Walls are too thin, we hear every movement from the floor above and every time someone smoke outside, felt like you are in smoking room. I didn’t get email re front door code, and the Checking in was a bit complicated as there’s no reception or admin to talk to. Its a little small as expected but no room to put your luggage or hang clothes. Check out time is at 10:00am.

The location was great, super close to the train station. And at about a 10 minutes walk from Kabukicho. The property supplied lots of toiletries and other necessary items.

The towels were very old and didn't dry well. Our room was right by the check-in station, so it would get a bit loud anytime new guests arrived.

Near the subway station which is easy for us to access to different destinations, It has just opened in July so everything is new. The room is not spacious but they provided everything you need including all the toiletries and simple kitchen utensils. All amenities are as described. The bed is comfortable.

The insulation is not good so it is quite noisy when other guests talked or laughed so loud in their room.

Wall a bit thin. Can hear people doing something upstairs and people laughing. And the space a bit small for a 5 people room. But we managed because it is quite rare to find a 5 people room.

The room has a clean bathroom with a clean seperate toilet. It has water heater, plates, cups, and other kichten stuff. A bit far from shin okubo station, but i dont mind because its located in a very crowded shops and restaurants area. I will def book again next time im in tokyo.

The room is not soundproof. You can hear people talking on the alley and on the room above you.

Would be nice to know, on the booking page before purchasing, that foreigners would have to take pics of their passport to book a room.

Location is good. It is 5-10 mins walk from shin okubo station. There are many shops, restaurants, grocery store and convenience store within the vicinity. We also like the amenities in the rooms. Overall, we had a great stay here.

Good location, near many restaurants and train station. The amenities were good and kitchen tools were very useful. You can check-in and check-out using the tablet.

There is no noise protection. The other guests were too noisy arriving late and talking very loud in their room.

Easy to find, good location and excellent value for money.

Small but I didn’t expect anything different in Tokyo, especially at that price!
