Location was fantastic with shops and restaurants in close proximity. It's also walkable to Shinjuku area. Place was clean, free access to Netflix and lots of amenities provided.

Lots of rules/posters displayed everywhere. Rubbish sorting was a bit confusing - clearer information provided would help for next time.

Comfortable home catering for all of our needs.

The home was cozy, kinda off the beaten path, but not hard to find. We only spent one night in the home. Slept well and cozy!!

The property management team was helpful and responded to queries reasonably promptly. 2 bedrooms with a decent kitchen, 2 WC but not 2 bathrooms. The second shower area wasn't really an actual full pledged bathroom. It was a shower cubicle created in the kitchen segregated by a makeshift curtain. We find it very difficult to shower in a kitchen , so we didn't use it. Location convenient about 15mins walk to the train station. Washing machine dryer combo was useful. Washing powder, toiletries, toilet paper adequate with plenty of towels. Upstairs bedroom is large with 2 beds. Near restaurants and convenience stores.

Near red light district, gay pubs with men with super thick make up, hourly hotels for couples and prostitutes, not suitable for families. We could hear drunk clubbers loitering and shouting below the apartment as late as 4am at night. Very narrow stairs, you will have issues if you have large luggage which we did. Impossible to leave all luggages on L1 as suggested. such a small area how to place 5 luggages at the entrance? There is a camera outside the apartment at the entrance door which is good and we love the security. However, there is another camera inside the apartment too, facing the entrance door and the area between the bathroom and bedroom. This indoor camera is monitored round the clock by the property management staff. we accidentally took our shoes into the laundry area and the staff immediately message us to not do that. So scary, it is like someone is monitoring your movements. In Australia, this would be an invasion of privacy. I believe the previous tenants got drunk and vomited in the house, we could smell puke somewhere in the house but couldn't locate where it was. We tried spraying the air freshener but not much help.
