Location! Its in the heart of Shinjuku and just a 2 min walk to Higashi Shinjuku station and 15-20min walk to main Shinjuku station. Hotel had all the amenities needed regardless of the small sized room and bathroom. We came to the hotel just to sleep and shower so we were OK with the size of the room. The rooms were super clean and the staff was friendly too. They actually was kind enough to let us check in early. Laundry service was slightly more expensive than outside laundry but it was convenient. The room was quite small so couldnt open our bags. We opened them on the bed all the time.

We recently enjoyed a brief stay at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed by its spotless condition. Our room featured fresh towels and a bathrobe laid out for us each day, along with cozy slippers and a well‑stocked array of bathroom amenities. It was clear that housekeeping takes great pride in every detail, so we always felt as though we were the first guests to ever step foot inside. Beyond cleanliness, the hotel’s location is simply unbeatable—situated within easy walking distance of shops, cafés, and major attractions, it served as the perfect home base for exploring the city.

If there’s one small drawback, it’s that the room itself was on the compact side; storage space was limited and there wasn’t much extra room to stretch out.

The property nestled right in shinjuku city about 15 minutes from the trains station lots of clubs and stores around open at all times of the night and day

The staff when asked to do a late checkout till 1pm it was a pain in the butt checkout time is at 1000 but made an extension request before 10 after 45 minutes of getting new room keys they forced us to pay 2000 yen for being in the hotel 1 hour past checkout which was rediculous no customer should have to pay additional fee after they informed hotel staff they were doing a late checkout

Super friendly and helpful staff that help me with the luggage storage as there were some issue with my phone. During check in time the staff also also very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and the bathroom was fully stock with everything u might need. Bed was super comfortable and big. Location is only a few minutes walk from the main shinjuku street so everything is close by, all the street to and from the hotel is very well lited so it's safe to come back late after a long night out. There is also a ramen shop attached but I didn't get a change to try it.

There were some light damage to the wall paper, there is also no way to change the ac from heating mode to cooling mode as it is change depend on the weather. But it wasn't a big issue for me as I just left the window slightly open to cool the room as it was winter.

Room was a decent size for a solo Traveller. Check in and check out is quick and efficient. You can deliver luggage with ease with help from staff. You get a restock on amenities every single day. Close to Shinjuku station for arrival but also near other stations.

Air was centralized so you don't have much control over AC. In other words, the lowest you can put the temperature is about 19 C. However, it didn't rlly feel like it reached that point. I would wake up sometimes due to it feeling hot.

Rooms are a bit small but fits in the Japanese average hotel room size, still consider this if you require a bit more space! Location is good, there is a metro station very close but the main station is about 10-15 min away. I had a wonderful time anyways, the staff was always nice and helpful, they also offer luggage storage and shipping in the hotel network which was awesome. They actually helped us fill in the shipping form so that was a big help!

Bathroom a bit small, but still manageable

The room with a double bad is small like a doll house and bearly fits one guest, but it was clean and confortable. The bathroom is also small but works perfectly (there is even a tiny "ofuro"). I had very little contact with the staff and did my self checkout without any problem. The are many facilities in the area like convenience stores, bars and restaurants and its not far from some metro lines. I didn't find it particularly noisy as some guests mentioned, but it is indeed close to areas with very busy nighlife.

The location is amazing, a walking distance to Kabukicho and Golden Gai; Higashi-shinjuku station is 1 min walk, while Shin-okubo is about 10 minutes away. the place is surrounded by restaurants which are open until after 01:00, which is rare. staff is great. besides the loud ambulances, it is silent.

Rooms are TINY. I already stayed here before, and somehow the room I had with my wife was smaller than the one I had when I stayed alone. Pillows are not the best, but you can ask for normal ones at the reception. like most Japanese hotels, you cannot control the AC, which means you have to sleep with the window open - which lets all the ambulance noise in.

Very close to the main hustle of Shinjuku and Korean street . Lovely and friendly staff. Our bags were able to be dropped off before checking in and held for us after checking out. They locked our bags up in a little room section in front of the main desk which from what I saw always had someone there. Was clean and smelt nice. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are fine 1 small one and 1 half feathers and beads. Very comfortable. Bathroom was the size of a cruise ship bathroom but big enough to shower/small bath and bidet fitted toilet. It took 5 mins to walk to the Godzilla Toho Cinema.

Soundproofing from the outside noise is not good. There are a lot of sirens (Ambulance and police), seems like it’s the Main Street and that why. In saying that I didn’t find it an issue to sleep it wasn’t consistent. The hotel provides free ear plugs at the front desk but I don’t need them.

The convenience between the local train and main train stations. I like how it’s still in the Shinjuku city but in a slightly quieter part away from the “party” areas.

The area is filled with loud advertising, people, and ambulances, which is blocked out by the windows when closed, but then were subject to a stuffy room. So either we leave the window open for air and deal with the noise, or close the window and be in a stuffy room.
