Overall the room is large for Tokyo standards and the facilities are great. Located right within Shinjuku with most activities either within walking distance or with Higashi Shinjuku metro line within a 5 minute walk. The in-room sauna is great to relax and there are plenty of amenities available in the room including mini bar and plenty of bathroom essentials - more than you need really.

This isn’t really a criticism, mainly just so people are aware. Given this is a ‘love hotel’ - discretion is part of the game and people really only stay here a couple of hours normally to ‘get down to business’. Therefore, be aware that the room whilst big, has zero clothes storage and there is only one window which opens. Otherwise the room is pitch black at night, which is handy to sleep.

The room was fantastic. It was quite big, the shower and jacuzzi was huge and lovely to use, the control panel behind the bed was great, lots of little amenities like face masks, hairbands, etc., toilet had all the features like seat warmer and bidet, TV had a bunch of decent movies, the free breakfast sandwiches were great and staff were so lovely and attentive! Location is fantastic too - a short walk to konbinis, train stations, Golden Gai and Shinjuku City. Also had real windows so you could let air in!

The bed was really hard and the pillows weren't much better but it was worth it for everything else. There's also not much space in the fridge because there's a whole selection of minibar drinks in there, although they're all really well priced and super convenient when you want something!

Location: 2 minutes walk from Higashi-Shinjuku station (Exit A); 10 minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Memory Lane, Golden Gai; convenience stores & laundromats are just down the corner. We walked to Gyoen National Park, Yoyogi Park (in Harajuku). Price: Definitely great value for money (we paid just over AU$150/ night). Bathroom: Fitted with larger tub (whirlpool), shower, TV, mist steam room. Quiet: Didn’t hear anyone else despite the in-room karaoke. Attached phone charger with different outlets, so if you forget to bring your own phone charger, do not worry.

Slight cigarette smell on the corridor (but not in the room). Not much space for 2 x bags (luggage), but we managed to fit both (1 on the floor, 1 on the small couch).

This is honestly a hidden gem within Shinjuku! I got an extremely spacious room plus sauna and massive hot tub for a bargain. And when I say bargain I mean that a room this size would be triple the price in “normal” hotels in Tokyo. The cleaning of the room was immaculate every day and amenities are being refilled DAILY. This place is a bit quirky as it is a love hotel but to me that only added to the charm of my Tokyo trip. Also, no noise can be heard from other guests so don’t worry if you are a light sleeper (such as me). Only thing I can say is: book book book!

Staff doesn’t speak English which can be challenging sometimes. Although there’s a lot of tech and facilities certain things such as playing on music or movies on the TV (chromecast) don’t work. This is no dealbreaker however.

I liked the room, the tv and tv channel options, the size of the shower and sauna. I liked how the bathroom was very far away. I liked how I could have many visitors whenever and still felt like I had my privacy. The staff was professional. I also thought the staff was very generous and helpful. There was a minor issue that arose, I just wanted to bring it to management attention. Instead, they went above and beyond to make up for it. I also liked the face masks, the two fridges, and the AC system.

The coffee table as my knee hit into it, I wish there was a bit more space between the couch , coffee table and tv, but the coffee table does look nice and is a must.

So it's a "love hotel" but it does cater very well to regular people staying on a normal trip. Many hotel rooms in Tokyo are small, but these were pretty big, with plenty of room for our 4 suitcases. They have a huge hot tub, a dry sauna, kareoke (with English songs included) that had actual microphones and a speaker system, soundproofing (for obvious reasons), blackout lighting...the list goes on. Yes, the hotel isn't _designed_ -per se- for regular tourists, but it's honestly great. Plus, housekeeping is any time of the day so if you have a lie-in no worries! Really liked this hotel.

Having to give the key back every time we left was unnerving at first, although tbh you quickly get used to it and it's not a big deal at all. They don't enter the room unless you ask them to clean it. The screen over the window works great, but it really does keep all the light out so if you don't set an alarm you can easily sleep in! The food on room service that we tried wasn't great, but you're surrounded with places to eat so it's not really a big deal.

I have been staying at this hotel my last few visits. I like it because it is close to the Higashi Shinjuku metro station. From there, it is convenient to get around. I requested for the same room I stayed the last time and the hotel was able to accommodate my request. The hotel room is large and has all the amenities, including a bathtub, sauna, karaoke, fridge, microwave and kettle. There also provide the full range of bathroom amenities. The staff were very helpful and there were English speaking staff around to help.

The room is very large, and has separate toilet, a bathroom with a large spa bath, and a sauna room. There is a dressing room attached (not closed off), and the room has a sofa and coffee table. There is a karaoke setup, a large TV with multiple channels, and an excellent soundsystem with different types of music to choose from. There is a minibar, and a separate fridge for your own stuff. The hotel has an art deco style, and our room had one openable window.

We did get some sound from the street, even with the window closed.

Don’t let the reviews/location put you off. This hotel was in a fantastic location, near where we wanted to be. We prefer round here to centre of Tokyo, lots of bars and restaurants really buzzing vibe. We were apprehensive it being a ‘love hotel’ but it was great, had loads of ameneties and little extras, rooms were spotless and staff were really friendly, even let us check in a bit earlier after arriving on an early long flight. Went above and beyond and it’s great value for money.

Nothing :)

The room has lots of amenities. It has a sauna, jacuzzi and even karaoke. Lots of interesting facial and skin product samples. Very near the metro ( Higashi Shinjuku). I took the skyliner and Oedo line from Narita to the hotel ( took 1.5hours ). I flew back from Haneda. Left the hotel at 2.15pm. Took the metro (Oedo line and Asakusa line) to Haneda airport. Was in the lounge by 3.45pm. The staff were very kind and attentive. They have English speaking staff and were quick to respond to my requests.
