Good located, mostly foreigner's choice. Well organised cleaning staff, perfect timing of chill hours.

Be sure of your room choice criteria ( no window, square meter vs vs.. )

The location is fun, but you will have a little walk to subway stops. However, it is Tokyo so be ready to walk. The room was comfortable. You have a nice bed, room windows can open, good black out curtains. Lots of free water available on site. They provide nice toiletries. They have a free happy hour with Sake, Wine, Whisky, Coke and Fizzy water. The continental breakfast was okay, it could use a hard boiled egg or piece of fruit though. We got the deluxe twin so it wasn't crammed small and we got pajamas. The room could fit a 3rd bed, but that would be tight. There is laundry on site. The lobby and downstairs area smells great and has nice seating.

Bathroom was small. but the tub was deep and you can soak in it. The staff are young and probably not that excited to be there, but if you engage with them they will try to help you.

The location was perfect for our family as first time visitors. It was a 6-8 minute walk from the train station. It was very close to many restaurants in the alley, bars, and convenient stores. When we needed to rest in between, the hotel was close enough to get back to freshen up and re-energize us when needed. The staff was so kind and helpful provided us great comfort. Room is tight like New York style so if you bring lots of luggage, store it under your bed. Beds and comforter was super comfortable.

I’m a healthy eater so I wouldn’t have mind some fresh whole fruit offerings. But for those who love donuts and pastries, the offerings were overall good.

Our room size was brilliant! Bigger than expected for Tokyo. It was clean, comfortable and modern. Really cool vibe. We are a family of 3 and we all had a comfortable good sized single bed each. Location was amazing and walking distance (15/20 minute walk) from the glitzy lights and all the action. There’s also 2 metro stations close by; Higashi-Shinjuku Station, about 5 minutes walk one direction and the other is Seibu-Shinjuku Station, which is about 10 minutes walk the other direction. Lots of convenience stores in close proximity to the hotel too, which is always great for a last minute meal. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Bathroom was ok. Gave cruise ship cabin vibes and it had a bit of a strange smell, but that could be due to piping issues in the heat (we were there in July and it was HOT), although the shower pressure was amazing! Breakfast wasn’t great. Very limited selection and not enough seating at all. It’s good to just grab a quick bite and plan to eat out somewhere else.

Great location. Staff was super accommodating and friendly and let us do luggage forwarding there. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Didn't expect the breakfast nor free drinks in the evening (the wine was great!), and chocolate donuts were to die for. Got free bottles of water too, all the bathroom necessities and pyjamas, super comfy. It was close to two stations so very convenient. Would come again for sure.

Small room, but it seems normal for Tokyo standards.

The bed was comfy. Location was great. Pastries in the morning are awesome and the coffee is great. Free water bottles was also most welcoming.

The first room we got smelled of cigarettes so we asked to move. The second room was also a bit smelly but we figured it was manageable. The pillows could do a refresh. One was too soft and small, and the other was very hard with some strange stuffing. Better bring your own pillow.

The front desk staff is professional and friendly, and conversing with them in English poses no significant challenge. Daily room cleaning service is perfect. The accommodation is clean, serene, and sufficiently spacious for two occupants. Between a similar price range, Bespoke Hotel Shinjuku would be my top preference.

The distance from the subway station is quite far, and walking there in this scorching weather is unbearable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful - particularly with providing a restaurant recommendation on the first day. The rooms were clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The additional touch of providing pyjamas was one of the highlights! The bathroom was small but perfect for what we needed. We were only staying for a couple of days, so it did not bother us that there was little in terms of clothes storage available. An additional bonus was the breakfast, which I did not expect. Small (cereal, pastries, coffee, etc.) but enough to get us on our way for an early lunch! Should you need, there were also umbrellas, bottles of water, basic bathroom kits etc. It was located a short walk from Shinkjuku station. There is a convenience store just around the corner. I didn't realise Shinjuku had a prolific red light area, but there were plenty of other bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

Sorry! I can't really think of anything! If I were staying for a week, it would have been good to have a place for the clothes and a bar.

The type wasn't typical japan hotel, the vibe was very global travellers friendly. The room was very clean. Most of the staff spoke English quite well and super friendly. They had konbini Mybasket right next to the building, another option for familymart/lawson also around 50 meters nearby. The free flow donut and coffee-tea were something that my kids looking forward to, especially when we reached back to the hotel in the evening everyday. The heater at lobby hotel also a bonus point during winter. Aircon/heater works very well in each room. We booked room with 3 beds, surprisingly 4 of us fit just in the 2 main beds (we are asians btw) the third bed was considered bonus extra space.

The elevator sometimes dirty. But the rest no issue. No complaint.

I previously stayed at Bespoke Sapporo and liked it, so I expected this one to be similar. While the room itself is quite the same, the overall vibe is very different and just not my style. It was quite noisy, especially because they offer a free-flow drink time for guests — some people stayed in the lobby making loud conversations. The breakfast was also disappointing. We booked for four people with breakfast included, but only one of us ended up eating because the only option was cornflakes, which really isn’t our kind of meal. The location is close to Shinjuku, which is convenient, but the street next to the hotel is lined with host bars, and that made us feel uncomfortable — definitely not the atmosphere we were looking for. That said, the hotel staff were very kind and helpful, and the cleaning service was excellent.
